Today, a girl named Misty Waters was called down to the office at school.

One of my mother's schoolmates was named Harry Dick Dobson. No kidding. I always wondered if his parents did it on purpose.

When I was in 7th and 8th grades, both boy's PE coaches had the wrong last names to be dealing with 11-13 year old boys. One coach was Mr. Hiscock and the other was Mr. Balz. You can imagine the snickers and comments made. Contrary to common belief, Mr. Balz's first name was NOT Harry.

My dad's name is Kent Clark, which is like superman's name in reverse, so we took to calling him stuporman. It fits.
