For a moment, I thought, the narrator was a Klingon ^^ choqaDpu'choHpu'. We haven't even started! Unfortunately, what he liked more than answering questions, is nitpickingly correct people who asked the question or speak in riddles. If you asked him, he would say that he speaks no riddles. It is your fault for not comprehending. I wonder: Are these two things strictly connected for werewolves? No. Hunting and sex can be, but not feeding. And I haven't thought about chocolate covered strawberries before… but that doesn't seem to fit any of my characters, so I won't go there. The characters do what they want. I just write it down! I hope, drowns CGI is better than in the 2019 Cats adaption. I'm not quite sure, if we want to see all of that ^^ Hm. I'm sure people want explicit detail though? So, Dave is actually Mexican, not American? Nice to have some diversity, not just with the sexual orientation but also with heritage, as we already saw that in Clara's and Dave's family. Though, it seems like this is not the last we heard from her, given their shrouded last meeting. Grey you mean? Yeah, his family is from Mexico. I'm not giving look-in-the-mirror descriptions of characters as you know, but I think I hinted at his grandmother in Mexico back in … Chapter 8! They moved to Oregon for a reason, not sure if that will be explored in utmost detail in this story, but I have it all ready I accept that one. Egyptian gods and all. But I have no brain bugs. Thanks for your continued readership and the detail with which you analyze ! 💜

I think the green ones are "less ripe"? But if anything burned me multiple times over, I'd also just end the relationship right then and there. Feels like tofu can be prepared in many varied ways, and even good restaurants sometimes completely fail at it. I do recommend pan frying, or crisping it in the oven. Texture is important with food and nothing is worse (though that depends on the dish) than soft tofu just thrown into water XD 🧡

I AM SO GLAD YOU FINALLY MADE AN ACCOUNT !!! 🐈⬛ We'll just have to see what the two wolves are up to in the next chapter. Thanks for being here. 🖤

They do understand the gravity of the situation. We're not just the ants in an ant farm they are observing. Then again, maybe we are? What happens if you stomp your feet on an ant hill? Thank you, @centexhairysub—I do remember you first comment ever, we've come a long way, haven't we 😁💚?

Ohhhh!!!!!! OHHH! THAT IS BRILLIANT. 💚 I placed the story in Oregon for personal reasons. And the characters you get to know here will travel a little further South than Grey's pack home or the small city he's currently in. There are reasons for them to do so, but right now readers haven't figured it out yet (as of Chapter 17). 🤭 Please put me in my place if anything feels very off. Once again, this story goes places, but we will always end up back here, in Oregon.

Maybe Dave is just channeling everyone else's confusion? He has another outlet now though, he can just go run in the forest. This is the first time for him doing that. I hope he's having fun. Inari did! That wasn't me! 🧡 Thank you, @CincyKris—I do hope you had fun in this chapter

You will persevere! Trust me! You feel like Sandra Bullock in Gravity... But in the end she's back on earth, feeling the sand beneath her feet. 😬🧡

I promise you, he will speak, and speak a lot Chronos is an intriguing guy with vast unending knowledge. The group just needs to know what questions to ask. You put it so bluntly lol. "Grey followed him to also feed and have sex with him." Haha. Yes, eat and have sex. That's on his mind. Thank you, @akascrubber 💚

I need people coming back for more! 💙

It is indeed my first story, the first fictional words I've ever shown anyone. SO THANK YOU AHHHH. Be forewarned, this story goes places. If you're with me, I can promise you laughter and sorrow, excitement and somber reflection, but most importantly: I do have a plan on how it will all end. 😬 Your comments are very much appreciated. It's what brings me back to the empty (digital) page in front of me every day, sometimes with success! 💙

It was loads of fun to bring Edna back! The folks in the Constructs like to bicker. But soon we'll be among wolves again! I wonder if people are picking up on the clues I'm leaving behind. 🤔 Thank you for your readership, @JohnnyC 💚🧡💙

We were once magnificent. Magnificent. A word that means nothing if you have no honor. The weight of legacy and the promise of destiny it should carry was turned meaningless. The Belcore pack. This was us. My family with its roots stretching deep into the rich soil of our homeland in Mexico before the winds of change carried us north, across invisible lines drawn by men, into the States. Into Oregon. It was there, under the vast, sprawling skies, that my father took the mantle of Alpha from

Have you forgotten he's a politician? 🙂 Of course not 😛 But summoning the wrath of his party just to appease Jamie and follow through with the promise he made? He is keeping a promise for no apparent gain.

Well, thank @CassieQ for that. My text was pure and virgin I chuckled at that. 😬 Not privileged but personally dangerous. Yeah. You know my viewpoint is tainted with a romantic heart, but I don't think I could work in a job that deals with classified information. Because I would stick to the rules and it would kill me. I have signed a fair share of NDAs in my life, and did adhere to my contractual obligations, even with family members. But there's a difference between what we're talking about here and an unreleased product I have knowledge of 😂 Is it personally dangerous though? This is Mike! It might be dangerous to Mike however, and that's the angle I would sell to myself if I was Jamie. Of course I will! I accept any outcome, as long as it's well-written and cohesive. The reason Game of Thrones got so bad in the last season is because the show runners deviated from what the author would've done. It's your world! Now get back to polishing further chapters, thanks 😛

Oh yeah, that was a nice touch. Almost forgot about it... I think RMW will turn out to be more loyal and trustworthy than we (or some) originally thought.

Oh, please don't apologize. I'm happy that you're here. Thank you. 🙂 Now that's the spirit! It's extremely humbling when people accept my proposal and are just along for the ride. We've gone deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole, but now I'm pulling the group back on the soil of the Strawberry Mountains. It should prove to be a grounding experience. I just hope I'm navigating that correctly! Thank you for being here. 💜

That is a very kind remark, thank you. I know you were quite upset about Mark being gone. But I couldn't really divulge more information about his whereabouts until they met Chronos and Inari. I apologize. 😬 At least now they have Chronos around to ask questions. Thank you. 🧡

A perfect chapter, because sometimes we need respite (and sex). But, oh Jamie... Yeah, no you aren't. But I see where that's coming from. Reminds me of the X-Men (movie) quote, when Bobby's parents, after learning his son is a mutant* (*just swap for gay if you like), tell him: @lawfulneutralmage brings up this exact pop cultural reference, for a reason. And finally, Mike gives Jamie the "go ahead" on continuing to be secretive about things. Jamie needed this. I think he should've known that Mike—being part of the same profession—would understand him anyway, but the confirmation was very important to him. Even made the sex better, because he could focus on what's right in front of him again. Personally, I still think there's a distinction between telling Mike and telling officials, but it's a very thin line to walk. And I don't think Jamie is going to walk it. He'll just be quiet, and it all is revealed in an explosive manner. Maybe a ghost visits them at home and Jamie goes X-Men on it! So many possibilities 😛 But not my story to tell. I'm just here to enjoy. I have internalized all the comments from the last chapter about what privileged information you may not divulge to loved ones or family. I get it. I still don't think Jamie's abilities are privileged information however, but one could argue that 1) divulging this about himself would require further elaboration on his job activities and 2) in a sense, Jamie could argue that he's protecting Mike right now with the bliss of ignorance. So many moral layers here! I love it. Way to start a Sunday

So Inari either sent Chronos back with them to f**k with him or he desperately needs to be there. We shall find out ! Thank you for your comment. It helps knowing what works (and what doesn't work!) There's definitely no reason for custodians to be stoic. They can be witty and sarcastic. After all, they built our reality. And nope, not all of them are human. We're not that special. 💙

I have no clue whether you're offended or rofl-ing 🤔 Twilight is an insult 😛 Oh right, I remember! He was being very annoying. Grey is already a werewolf, there's nothing ordinary about the guy 😛 And yes, I do play into the trope of people suddenly discovering magic abilities. Then I thought, WHY NOT EVERYONE?!

I have no words! No words! Brokeback Mountain XD ? I also have no clue how you see iZombie in here, but alright! Percy Jackson, that's all about Greek gods. I have none of those.

Mark's eyes are verdant green, I wonder if that is a coincidence. Regarding your classification of Osiris and Clara, I can neither confirm nor deny. I guess you'll have to wait, but I appreciate the research! And yeah, I'm also very excited to finally be returning to the pack. This is a werewolf story foremost, and... we've been in what now? Constructs? Aaru? I shake my head! Thank you, @CincyKris 💜
