    Harry Potter any day of the week. Twilight doesnt interest me at all. Also the number of authors which have followed the vampire craze is crazy. The amount of vampire books on the shelves is insane :wacko:

    My dad buys a tabloid paper that the family read...i'm lucky if there's one article that catches my attention. Tabloid newspapers shouldn't be allowed to call themselves newspapers.

    It just shows how far there is to go for people to be truly tolerant of gay people, especially in sports. I cant speak for predominantly US based sports like Baseball but it is a problem still in other sports. Football (soccer) in UK still has a problem with homophobia. we have only had one footballer ever come out and he comitted suicide The Football Association (FA) were planning a campaign about homophobia but alas it has either been pulled or delayed. The FA has had big campaigns to kick out racism in football and that proved to be successful. Sometimes I feel that sports turn a blind eye to what is happening and discrimination against LGBT people not taken as seriously as it really should. (Sorry essay and rant over)

    My profile name means 'false face' (so guess how introvert I am). However, that really applies to real life where I wonder if friends really actually want to hang out with me thats how bad i can get. Being closeted doesnt help me much either! On GA though i am a lot more open, perhaps too much but it is probably because i feel safe here and it is a place to chat to people that can understand me and vice versa as well as read the amazing stories on here.

    Well I mainly listen to rock and metal and power metal. Fave bands at the moment are 30 Seconds to Mars, Bullet for my Valentine and Altaria. Although recently I have been listening to the dramatic music like Globus, which makes me think of massive battles!

    Normally i hold too much hope for a book so read it past where i think 'um this is isnt great'. I almost did that on Kevin. J.Anderson's Saga of Seven Suns series because there was so many subplots that the story moved too slowly but im glad i stuck with it because it got better as the series went on. With the online stories i guess its a case of writing style or if the story isnt what i expected of it. Maybe i should use my hope more online!

    If it is dealing with those type of issues i think i will catch up on internet. The Tonight programme a while ago was very enlightening to people's true tolerance of LGBT persons.
