Well then, it would be time to put the story down till it's marked complete...no?????😁
-
Could not have said it any better... So frigging true...get a competent attorney!!!!! Like pronto!!!!!
-
So you're sayin hope springs eternal, at least for Emmet...🤞
-
Bring it on...once a week is too dang slow....3 times a week would be great...fantastic...wonderful!!! I do have some curiosity concerning Emmet, is he a carrier, latent shifter of another sort...what is his backstory???
-
I don't think they are vampires...to wit... In Navajo, Dakota said, “I see you mischief-making grey wolf pup. I see you as you are and accept you.” Naiche replied, also in Navajo, “I see you grey wolf boy friend. I see you as you are and accept you.”

Thanks for taking the time to write and entertain us...it is appreciated!!!

If I were a betting man, Pierre will not be going back to France except to visit or vacation... The following is a true testament to Collinand Armand... “What about your reserves.” “That account is for major expenses like expansion or the need to replace equipment.” “Give them what they want. This building is owned by Pop and I. We will take care of the utilities and equipment needs. Don’t lay off anyone. See if you can find enough money once you have used the reserves to meet the government guidelines to give the staff a small increase. When you talk to the officials representing the government make sure they understand you are using the reserves which may mean you may not be able to absorb additional children. Between you and I, that will never happen. As long as this place exists no child will be turned away.”

I'm sure leasing the facility to the Army and possibly the other services will pay off handsomely in the long run. Mixed emotions on just one chapter left, hoping to revisit Struan and the gang down the road!!

When you think of it...I actually feel like I'm in second no damnit...third place thanks @Topnotch after @chris191070 cause there's no beating the regulars... The following was so frigging spot on...had me i n tears... Jed cleared his throat. “Blink and your kids are grown and having babies of their own. Sometimes, in the worst of cases, you bury your own child. Believe me when I tell you that every minute is a gift. Keeping you home with the kids is what’s best for everyone. Not just you, but for them and us.” “The entire family,” Trudy added in agreement, looking at her husband with great affection. Despite his best efforts, tears rolled down Kyan’s cheeks. “I worry you’ll resent me or think I’m taking advantage of you.” Jed chuckled. “As if we thought you were capable of such a thing.” “It can’t be cheap,” he reasoned, trying to find leverage where he could. Rent, utilities, food, clothes, gas, insurance. The list was endless. “I would argue it’s priceless,” his father-in-law countered. “Besides, we’ve spent thirty-plus years building our trucking business into what it is today. If we want to make sure our grandbabies have the very best in life, then we will. And if we want you to have the very best in life, then we’ll do that, too.” Trudy squeezed his hand. “Because we love you.”

Something makes me thin Craig's parents may be a tad more understanding than Seth's...Just a feeling.... As to Seth's mother and the bitch known as her twin...I love @weinerdog's mention of her phone and pictures...what's good for the goose.... I strongly suspect nuclear grade fireworks await Seth and I still think his father has been notified and may be on the way... Therapy is called for both Seth, his mother and sister. Surprisingly I am surprised Mommy Dearest hasn't been called to account...this is a massive loose end....As the wise old sage noted...like mother...like daughter...

A fitting conclusion to the second book and I very much look forward to the next... Thank you for taking the time to entertain us...it is appreciated!

Our padawan has more than his head up his backside, so glad he and Raven can cure the world...to be that young and stupid/foolish again... “I abhor labels. But if you press me on my philosophical underpinnings, then, while I empathize with the Gothic ethos, I'm more an anti-natalist, Nietzschean Nihilist, with shades of Secular Humanism.” Not sure if I had Travis's powers, I'd be tossing fireballs from hand to hand, however there are loads more tricks that can be done with balls....

Nothing like having witnesses to the various altercations...I for one, can't wait to see when the truth comes out, just how bad Marty, his father, and the lawyer get their collective asses clipped... One can only hope that Marty is too frigging stupid to escalate his issues and hopefully he's sent far away or locked up in Juvie...I am reminded of the following song..

Not quite what to say here other than a certain cat needs to be retired quickly for getting everyone into this mess... While all that was left of the battle the night before was an arm, I suspect the rest of whatever attacked our hero's gave our dragon a mighty case indigestion... https://duckduckgo.com/?q=mama+mia+that's+a+spicy+meatball+commercial&atb=v314-1&iax=videos&ia=videos&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D0om09RR6VdE

I want to share a plate(s) with Armand...and I gotta find out the chef's secrets...I'm sure love and comfort have much to do about it!! Lunch was served. Are all kids the same? He didn’t like his meal so he ate mine. He would take a bite off my plate and then smile. You had to like the kid. Arnaud rests well after his long labors throughout his life, a wing or part of a wing at the Louvre would be a fitting testament to his keen eye and appreciation for genuine talent... I am very much looking forward to the backstory of a certain young man, knowing he's surrounded by the immense love of his new 'adopted' family!!!

Well...there's always the following begging to be included.... https://vampires.fandom.com/wiki/Wooden_Stakes

An interesting chapter to say the least...I suspect some answers will be coming fast and furious...that is to say if Connor remembers the reason he passed out and Ronin has either disappeared, gone for a run or shifted back.. Where it was so public, I suspect the truth is about to be revealed...
-
And plenty of mirrors strategically placed as well!!
-
Then it would be possible that Scott comes from a family/clan/coven/gaggle/pod/murder of crows/litter/ Take your pick here, pack of vampire hunters....
-
Looks like Devin's lessons have paid off handsomely, as the process/training is moving along quicker!!!

And the two basturds live to see the insides of another prison, lets hope for a decades long incarceration... Now...how is it they have been able to track Struan so easily...I suspect, and am most likely wrong, a certain former superior office who recently got his ass reamed...big time..

This just came to me....Sherriff Reid and Deputy Billy????? “With your fellas’ help, happens I solved my first murder as the sheriff of Bearpaw Lake, and two of the killers are deceased, which should impress the town council. You’ll get their bounty, and I’ll take the credit,” he said with a huge grin. He followed up with a laugh as he winked at the young man in the corner. “Bounty?” Jubal asked after seeing Billy smile wide at the sheriff, showing good teeth.
