Cassie Queen will miss you. Thank you for all you have done.

RIP Princess Leia. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter.

Thank you, I rather like Terry as well. Chase's and Brook's feelings were definitely similar, Brooklyn just figured out what she wanted a little bit sooner, even if she had trouble dealing with it at the time. I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the review!

Thank you for reading. Chase definitely learned some new things about himself and it is hard figuring out where someone “fits” especially while growing up. I agree that Terry made a good decision. And I love a slow burn. Thanks again for reading and reviewing.

Ron, It’s funny that you mentioned time, because this took quite a while to write. I’m glad you enjoyed it. People are such fun to write about and especially young adults and teenagers. I like how they are still figuring out things about themselves and the world around them. I think Brooklyn and Chase both ended up in relationships that are a better fit for them. I’m so glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the review.

Thank you, I like to do sweet sometimes. Terry is a smart and respectful young man, I like him a lot. I, too, am bisexual, and Chase’s conflicting emotions were things that I often thought about and felt while growing up. Hearing that I portrayed them well means a lot to me, thank you for that. I think Brook is a very complicated character at her core. I believe that deep down she didn’t want to hurt Chase, but was too conflicted to do the right thing. I like where everyone ended up though. Thank you for reading and reviewing.

Kissing friends are always fun! I really enjoyed writing Chase and Terry, they were great characters to work with. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I don’t know about Terry…he is determined to wait a month, but I very much doubt Chase will make it easy on him! Thanks for reading and reviewing!

Sorry that you are going through such a rough time.

Congrats Arazon! -
Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it. I think friendship between the two is a good start for a relationship later on (Sam gives good advice)! I’m glad you could relate to it. Thanks again for reading and reviewing.

I too, have met people that don’t believe bisexuality exist, and I’ve also met people who think that everyone is bisexual at first, then attraction to a specific gender comes later in life. I completely disagree with someone thinking being bisexual is being greedy. That doesn’t even make sense to me. I’m glad you enjoyed the story. I related very much to the conflict Chase was going through when trying to figure out his feelings. Thanks for reading and reviewing!

Thank you Lisa! I’m so glad you enjoyed the story. Brooklyn was a complicated character and while I don’t like what she did, I could appreciate what she was going through. I like Terry a lot. He’s a tough negotiator. I also like the idea of giving Chase some time, because he has been on an emotional roller coaster and I think it benefits them both in the long run to make sure they have time to figure their feelings out before moving forward. Sam is an awesome big sis in my opinion. I think Chase really needed the confirmation that what he was feeing was okay and normal. It would have been nice to have something like that when I was growing up. No plans for a sequel as of yet, but considering I have so many people asking for one, I’m not ruling it out completely! Thanks again for reading and reviewing!

Thank you Valkyrie! I think most of the characters went through a hard time--Especially Chase and Brooklyn--but ended up in a better place by the end. My beta said that he thinks that Chase and Brooklyn might be able to be friends one day, if they are able to have an honest and meaningful discussion. But right now, I think Chase has other plans. Thanks for reading.

Thank you for the review. There were definitely a lot of conflict, but I think everyone was in a happier place by the end. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thank you for reading!

Thank you for reviewing! I'm glad you enjoyed the story. Sam gives good advice, even if Chase doesn't want to admit it! I loved Terry's negotiating terms, that was a lot of fun to write. Thank you for reading!

Thank you for reviewing. I'm actually glad to hear that you liked the Spin the Bottle scene, because I waffled a little bit about whether or not to include it. Now I'm glad I did. Thank you for reading, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you for the review. I think Chase had a hard time figuring things out, but he is on the right path now. He and Terry are definitely good friends and maybe something more. I hope so anyway. Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the review. I relate to Chase a lot myself as well. I think I spent most of my last few years of high school trying to figure out if I was gay or not and wondering what the hell my problem was. I think Brooklyn was going through a hard time herself and I definitely feel for her and Chase. I'm so glad you liked it, thanks for reading!

Thank you for reviewing. I think Chase summed up his solution to the straight-bi-gay dilemma very well when he said he didn't know what he was, but he knew who he liked, which was boys and girls. As a bisexual person, I went through a lot of the same confusing thoughts he did in high school. I think Terry and Chase at the least will be good friends, but possibly more. Thanks for reading!

Wow, this is chilling. Especially the dream that Dewey had with the mask and the cat in the blender. (I love the name Rhubarb, btw). I’ve never been a victim of a robbery, but it seems like you captured the emotions and the after effects very well. I liked how Dewey cycled between paranoia/suspicion and calm rationality, how it swelled and receded, like waves on a beach. This was amazingly written, thank you for sharing.

Heck, if I were Chase, I’d take it too. I feel like a lot of teenagers behave irrationally when facing things like betrayal or loss of trust…I know I sure did. I’m glad he had Sam to give him some good advice and a reality check. And I definitely think Terry and Chase end up as a couple, they were a lot of fun to write. Thank you for reading and reviewing!

Thank you for reading and reviewing, even if it's not your cup of tea. I like to write about lots of different things, but I think high school and college-aged characters are my favorite. I'm glad you liked Sam, I like her too! (My beta wanted Chase to push her out of the tree after she asked about his sex life, lol). Thanks for the review.

Thank you for reviewing. I think you are not the only one who is looking forward to the next month!

Mostly point 2. I abhor outlines, so I don’t use them if I can help it. What I do is start with a character/characters, a concept and kind of a general idea of where things are going and start from there. The thing I enjoy most about writing is seeing where my characters take the story. I’m more character driven than plot driven, so if my story “stalls out” I usually look back at the characters to see what happened and what needs to be fixed.

Okay, so Duncan and Leon are totally adorable. At first I was really exasperated at them (communication guys, geez) so I can understand why Kelly locked them in a room together to get things worked out. I have high hopes for these guys, they deserve the happy ending they got. I loved this!
