I LOVED this. It got me misty-eyed. I hate Kei's parents with a passion, especially his father. I want to get a fireplace poker extremely hot--like molten lava hot--and shove it up his dad's ass. >.> And the doctor! Can't he get in trouble for disclosing that info about his patient to somebody NOT listed as the decision-maker (can't think of what it's called xD power of attorney maybe?), and then not telling Alex? Even if they are his parents, they aren't the ones with the legal power. Alex is. So I have to ask: Is the nurse's name Shirley or Sheila? Because you used both names for her. (Unless I'm confused and they are two different nurses?)

"Evil doctor" is right. I want to smack him, and then file my own complaint about him. That was totally uncalled for. And shouldn't he ask the patient and/or the patient's legal, erm, guardian? Or whatever Kei made Alex? Before he brings a bunch of students along to examine him?

Really, really weird. Gah! You have my mind spinning all over the place with questions! Are they back in the same room they awoke in the first time? Where is the real Uzzy? Will they find him alive? Will they make it out of the cavern of illusions? What is this sudden spark between Gabri'el and Pasha? I'm assuming it's a bond, but if it is, does that mean Uzzy really is gone? Or does it just mean that the duo of Uzzy and Pasha will become a trio with Gabriel? (I think the maybe-bad-guy said that they're all three supposed to get together, or something like that, when he took Uzzy.) Damn, girl. You can spin a VERY interesting tale! Looking forward to next Wednesday's chapter! -

Totally loving this story. I hate to admit that I actually feel a little sorry for Alan. He's a jerk, but I think he's also just confused and scared. And Matt's a sweetie. Maybe there could be a follow-up story for Alan and/or Matt? Or a follow-up story for Alan and Matt. O_o That might be a little weird, though. I like Dave, but I wish he could stand up to his dad already, although I understand that he's just a kid, and he's scared. And Nick... He's a sweetheart, too. So, in the Recent Story Updates list, it says you've posted both chapter 18 and 19, but when I click on the links, they take me to a page that says "Error" on it. I was just wondering what's going on with that? -

Hm. Interesting first chapter. I have to say that normally if I see a story/book that uses apostrophes instead of quotation marks for dialogue, I immediately stop reading it, because it annoys the hell out of me. However, I chose to overlook that for this story because I was already enjoying it before the first dialogue. I'm glad I stuck around. So far, I am really liking this. Onward to chapter 2! -

I could have sworn that I clicked the Follow button when I first stumbled upon this story, but apparently I didn't. So when I saw chapter 5 in the queue of new things, I went to it, and then realized I needed to go back and start with chapter 3. I'm catching up, though! Anyway. This chapter was cute. Little Luke sounds adorable, and I hope that he can bring Sys and Dee even closer. I'm willing to believe that both Sys and Dee are "just two lonely, damaged people who need each other and fell in love." However, I am also waiting for the bad guys to show up and try to ruin everything. But they better get a HEA! I demand it! Lol Also, I agree with Cannd. It would be really cool if they somehow make a hybrid baby.

I'm loving this story. Alexi seems so fragile sometimes, as if he'll break with a little pressure, but at other times, you can see his real, inner strength peeking through. About their time limit... Can't they live both in Japan, and NY? It might be hard, but it's possible And it would let them be together... And as for Shane, I think Taka should find a way to permanently remove Shane from Sherry (and the bio dad)'s clutches, and into Joshua's arms. I hate her. I loathe her. (Great writing to have me feeling this strongly about a character. )

Yikes! I hope, for Zak and his mother's sake, that Danny his Zak's father's son from BEFORE he was with Zak's mother. Otherwise, that would mean that Zak's father cheated, and boy, wouldn't THAT be nice to find out, 14 years after the man's death? Sorry if that wasn't very clear. xD And damn. Did you have to stop it there? Now I can hardly wait for the next chapter! Hurry, hurry! (Sorry again. I'm going on no sleep right now, and I'm at that hyper-tired stage. )
