Enforcer. I'm hoping for a sequel, because I loved helping him on it. There was a lot of time between the first and second book because he has a very busy life. We'll have to pester him every so often to keep him on track.
Little bit of a light week by our promoted authors. Time to crack a whip on a few people!
Get to work, authors! SNAP! (AJ, I need a proper emote for this. Thanks in advance )
I read Price of Honor back in my pre-GA days and loved it. I don't know if I want to go back and see the version now with all the errors. It could tarnish my vision of you.
Very well done. The banter was witty and engaging even if I had trouble imagining our pilot as 22 years old. I pictured him at 32 myself. Outside of that, very well written and well paced. Even the extensive process of getting to land was worth the read. The story feels like an opening chapter of a more epic saga. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that I'm right.
I like the tight scene and how the backstory is revealed. The dialogue doesn't feel like narration. They are having a conversation about what is happening. Personally, I would like to see this expanded and turned into some kind of anthology serial. Nicely done.
Editors take note: we authors need you! LOL Homophones are the devil's whispers in our ears... We must defend ourselves from their religious confusion with knowledge! Save us all!!!
Seriously... we can all use the help...
I could only profile three stories for this feature, so I decided to pick my favorite novel length so far, my first published, and my favorite short (because they are so difficult for me.)
As there is no video footage, there are no actual witnesses to said choreography either.
Thank you, guys! I've been really fortunate to connect with readers who consistently read and look forward to my work. I can't you all enough!
Actually I LOVE the claymations. I'm way too much of a comic geek not to. For some reason, this movie sticks in my head. I'm not sure if it's the period setting, or the mini-stories within a story. I look forward to watching it one day a year.
Looks like I need to get to editing this weekend and make sure you have some chapters to post into the following weeks. It's Xmas Eve and I have brandy... I may need to wait a day or two...
This is one of my favorite short stories. I don't get to run off the rails on this level too often. LOL It's hard to maintain this level of absurdity for an extended period.
Oh yeah. That a biggee. If you do it, it doesn't show up in any of the status announcements and your chapter goes unseen in many ways. It's a mess.
Just. Don't.
