    The sad part is that depending on where you lived, your story wouldn't be that unusual. Your survival is an incredible story, even as close as you came to not making it. I hate that in our generation, we all seem to know someone with this kind of horror story in their past. I'm glad you're here with us now. Some men I know weren't so lucky.
