Thanks! For something that's so clean, I really struggled with it. LOL I may have time to actually read the anthology! (As soon as I get some editing done...)
Of course, if you get into more formalize publishing, it pays to know what convention your publisher prefers. Some are very rigid and expect you to follow the older rules and will make you rewrite sentences ending in prepositions and starting with conjunctions.
Save yourself the headache and extra work and check ahead.
Nice interview! You missed only one question: What's up next? And when do we get to read it?
(Okay... that's two questions, but they're very important.)
You should consider doing more first person narratives. You've packed a lot into this short, and the narrator's voice is very relatable, even with his past character flaws. Well done.
I will say honestly, I think of the "competition" thing as tongue in cheek teasing at best and not meant to be mean spirited in any way, and I'd hate to see it seen as such. So if I've fanned an ugly flame, it was not my intention.
I'm happy to see the overall list and all the new promoted content. Even when I'm not on it.
If we can count Rob's chapter then we get to add in Classic Author Dabeagle as well! Whoohoo! Sigs just squeaked ahead!
:D :D
(not that I'm counting or anything...)
Rob's favorite scene is one of mine too!
And I'm looking forward to a new Briefers story! I have a lot of fun seeing what can be done with the shortened format. Halloween!!!
