That´s a dramatic ending to a great chapter....I´m glad I don´t have to wait for a new chapter...I do hope Ben´s not badly hurt.

Rick is very caring person and he really cares about Ben, I do like him. Will on the other hand, I hated him from the very beginning. Poor Ben, he´s been through a lot with Will. Hopefully they´ll find a way to get rid of him...suppose they could kill him, that´d be permanent solution This is a really great story

Ben´s lucky to have a friend like Doug, Shelly probably is the same, very protective of Ben. Doug knows about Ben´s past, so that explains his protectiveness. And whatever has happened to Ben, from the little cues you´ve given, it´s probably something terrible.

They have just met and already Rick seems very protective of Ben. With everything happening in the pub I kept thinking, why does Rick even bother being with Ben. They seem so different, but perhaps that´s why they seem so good together.

Great beginning, such a fun chapter to read. Gran and Genny were very nosy Rick and Ben are fabulous characters, looking forward getting to know them better.

Great story! Matthew was so convinced that his news would break his mother´s heart, nice surprise to find the mother not only knowing but totally accepting.

Lana gave a very good advice to Michael. Ash probably wouldn´t have forgiven if Michael had decided to stay away from the trial and Ash definitely will need all the support he can have. I think Ash and Michael are meant to be together and they need and love each other, they just need to talk and be more open about their relationship, and I still think Michael needs to look for a new job. And he does need to stop drinking too much, being drunk isn´t the answer. Great chapter!

That´s amazing! I´ve seen my cat stand up for himself when a neighbour´s rottweiler came running and barking towards him. My cat stood still, every hair standing up and hissing, the dog went away, literally tail between his legs. I always wonder how anyone can keep on filming when something like this happens....I´d drop the camera and run to help the child.

M.C. Beaton´s Agatha Raisin is one of my favourite detectives. I bought first two books while visiting York (UK) in 2004 and have bought more every time I´m in England or order from Amazon. Now I´m reading the newest book Something borrowed, something dead. Agatha Raisin is middle-aged, divorced and has her own detective agency. She is always dieting, smoking and drinking too much, looking for love and a husband, and lives with her cats in Cotswold. She´s a funny character and I really like her.

Having all his friends, including Andy, over to play and spend the night, Button is so sweet and considerate boy. Perhaps he can invite Kevin and Brent later, if they keep behaving themselves. Absolutely lovely of Button and Sarah to come up with a Pop´s Day. Both children have lost people in their lives and both are scared to lose more. That can´t be avoided but hopefully they are much older when that happens. I really love this story -
Wonderful chapter! Button is such a sweet boy, caring about his best friend, who can´t be part of Button´s activities with his new friends. I hope they manage to keep on being friends while growing up and getting new friends and interests. Bit worrisome to see Graham feel so insecure.
