I can understand that. I'm home today because we're having weirdly strong storms for August and my joints are killing me; had to come home early, even though there are things I really need to be doing at work. Just logged in to check work email real quick & order supper (because grocery shopping isn't happening & even if it were cooking wouldnt be happening) and am pretty close to the limit of my sitting. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I should have said I'd wondered what will prompt the trip to Vienna, as that's not currently on the schedule -- or, at least not the schedule known to them. I wouldn't put it past a certain would-be puppet master to have an itinerary planned out he hasn't bothered to share with those who it will affect.

We had 40% humidity today, and the heat index hit 114°. Have a couple of small storms in the state now, but not near here -- though close enough to make me hurt like <censored>.

I'll just echo what others have said -- some of us may only know you through a keyboard and monitor, but we still care about you and are hurt to know that you were hurt so badly, and so callously.

He has a fondness for violet. Reptile doesn't sound quite right if his kind 'adjusts to temperature changes almost instantly - then there's the comment on what he drinking being toxic to other species. Have to admit that nothing pops to mind right off hand.

Weathermen here are normally pretty accurate.

Been raining constantly since 2am. Had 1.93" of rain so far and we'll probably get another 1/2" before it ends around 2pm. Have managed to miss all of the hail -- that went just to the East -- and if we had really high winds I didn't notice.

Waiting on the storms here to end. We've had almost 2" since they started. Good luck on the writing!

Awake early this morning - hurting too much to sleep. Was home all day yesterday too. We're having unusually weather for mid-Summer -- strong thunderstorms with high winds and hail. Something we'd normally see in May, not late July / early August. Under a flood watch at the moment. Thankfully, we've missed all the hail (so far).

Definitely curious about Abek's children. Sobek was a crocodile and Apep / Apophis a snake so.... some reptilian form seems most likely.

Heat index here was ~40°C [104°F]. 10°C sounds quite lovely to me at the moment 🙃
