this was a fun chapter i knew that jake had to have given brett some kind of disease when everyone stayed clear of him. if lacey stays away from brett then all the better. just wonder what brett will have to deal with over the next while at school. i'm surprised (and i'm sure to conner's disappointment) that brett didn't disrobe jake of his shorts in the pool fight. it would have been even more interesting for jake to walk bare assed naked out of the pool and downstairs to the rec room and seen the expression of everyone else there. damn his conscious glad to see that jake has a stash put away unlike most criminals who i imagine spend their money as quickly as they get it. does this mean that he is a 'better' or 'smarter' criminal since he socked away the money? lastly, poor jake, alone on the couch once again. why the heck doesn't he come out of the closet with brett and corey and then he can have a bf too thanks for the chapter cj

I guess Jake is a player when it comes to anon sex with a stranger. I wonder if Mitch might be a reoccurring character? I feel he might be since he referred to a surfing friend who he knew that had a friend that was shot. Also he had sex with him a couple of times before he hooked up with a BF and never got with him again. Brett or Corey ? I don't remember, is Brett a surfer as well? Turkey, why the heck Turkey??? Thanks for the chapter CJ . So why does Joel want to go to Turkey? I do believe Istanbul has some of the highest populations of cross dressing men in the world, but they are supposedly not 'gay'. Could Joel be secretly a cross dresser? Does he want to do this trip to Turkey after Trevor drops him off at Cyprus and then before he flies home to the states? I imagine most flights from Cyprus would be through either Greece or Cyprus. First off I don't think my nephew and evil son would be hanging around cliffs. I would hope that I would have the courage and strength to get my son help long before he tried to harm humans. There is certain things that you can't just say is a phase when they are growing up. So to answer, I wouldn't have to choose, cause my son would be in therapy and my nephew and I wouldn't be near any cliffs

I agree Slug Trevor shouldn't trust CJames, i mean Bridget I am hoping when Joel leaves Trevor in Cyprus, that might mean the end of the phone calls between Bridget and Trevor as Lisa will only make calls when with Joel, not with Bridget. That makes me wonder, is Bridget going to try an attempt on Trevor and Joel or will it be just Trevor that she goes for. Where will that be if after Joel leaves, prior to the Suez, during the transit, or after near Somalia? Could be pivotal to the chances of escape.

I fully heartedly agree with you Watcher . I was beginning to enjoy reading CJames writing once again and then he throws in one of his patented evil cliffhangers . It seems the goat will always result back to his nasty ways. BTW, I see you were so distraught about the cliffhanger that CJ left us with, that you joined . Welcome to the forum . Just remember that you can exact some revenge on the goat by casting a vote for him in this years member's awards that CJ has made himself eligible once again by posting this chapter. So I really like that Mike guy in the story. He seems like he has Joel and Trevor's interest at heart. As for the rest including Barbara, I have a funny feeling about them. Probably just a distraction CJ has thrown in there to make us forget something else. Bridget kind of played her cards in one paragraph there. We now know that she is planning on eliminating Trevor as he approaches the Suez. I wonder what kind of associates she is meeting at Atlantis (irony don't ya think?) as in are the Mafia, drug cartel? So many possibilities. She also mention that she was worried about Trevor finding the wreckage of Ares, which means she must know that the boat was sunk and I imagine Rachael was killed.
