Cold, rainy days,
Cozy with curled up cats
And hot chili with melted cheddar and
Cold sour cream.
The rhythm of the drops
Is no longer a relaxing musical interlude,
But rather the ominous closing of a trap door,
Keeping predator and prey together.

It snowed this morning.
Beautiful, fat flakes fell
Coating the world in confectioner’s sugar.
Yellow forsythia blooms shone through the
I enjoyed all of these, April 8th in particular. I can see the robins and forsythia trails, and smell the lemon meringue (one of my favorites). Great job, as always
We have severe weather on the way too. There's a high wind warning in effect all day. I put my garbage and recycling totes in the garage so they don't tip over. It's gray and dreary out with some wind and rain, but it's not too bad at the moment.
I was able to create an online account, but was a bit premature, since I used time off to cover last week. So I'll finish the process this week since tomorrow starts the time period where I'm not being paid by work anymore. They have the days you can apply broken down alphabetically by last name, so I need to wait till Wed. They've also put some measures into place to make the process quicker, so fingers crossed it helps!
Yay! Tinn'il is reunited with his family Now I'm wondering what the locus' power is and how he can restore lost magic. I let a bunch of chapters pile up, but it's not enough! I want to keep reading lol
