    Today was really rough day. I had my annual work performance review--which went fine... quite good, actually--then I had a long meeting with my student and the college supervisor to tell her she didn't pass the placement and has to do another one. I didn't eat my lunch, so stopped at BK on the way home and inhaled a burger and bacon cheesy tots, along with an M & Ms shake. I'm sooo glad it's the weekend.

    I'm sorry you're struggling Are you still doing yoga? Maybe meditation or progressive relaxation can help when you have free time, but are too tired to do something active. I wish I could help more. Take heart that the bad times will pass and get better. You got this.

    I had a great day today. I had the day off work I slept in, did some editing, then had blood work done. I went out to lunch with a good friend and we spent a couple hours catching up. I was starving because I had to fast for the blood work. I ate half of my sandwich and had the other half wrapped up to go so I could take it for lunch tomorrow. Well guess where I left it.... on the freaking table. Oh well.
