"This cat does NOT wear a collar" It seems that Sar is getting a bit more than he bargained for. I can't say I blame Glory one bit. I have a feeling that Sar is used to getting his way. Not anymore...lol On to the next chapter... (BTW, I can already see I'm not going to get any sleep tonight. I'm not sure I'll be able to stop reading this story until I'm done) lol
Such a lovely relationship has developed between Rover and Glory. It appears that they both understand that something else is in the cards for Glory, but the whole "soul brothers" exchange brought tears to my eyes. I'm really looking forward to seeing how their relationship develops and what happens when Sar returns. Oh, and I'd love to give Valentine a nice bath in Holy Water. With lots of garlic. And stakes. And every other clichéd vampire deterrent I can think of. lol
Damn! That was unexpected, but hot! lol Reminds me of Klingon sex. lol I think I adore both Glory and Rover. I wonder what the vampire will think if/when he finds out they had sex? lol
I'm really enjoying this story. I adore Lane. He's the only thing keeping Casey sane right now. I can't say I have much respect for Casey's father, either. He hasn't really made any effort to get to know him and then blows up at him without finding out what happened? How about explaining to Casey why he hasn't been in his life until now? That coach has always given me a bad vibe. I wonder if Casey didn't hit a little too close to the truth with his accusations? I guess we'll find out. Great chapter.
I had a stalker once, too. It's a horrible feeling. I'm sorry you had to experience it firsthand. I'm not sure how much sympathy Hank deserves, either. He's a troubled soul, that's for sure. I don't think Danny had Stockholm Syndrome...he was more trying to make the best of the situation and not piss Hank off. I'm glad I kept you guessing. That's what I was going for Thanks so much for reading and for the great review
Go with what's screaming in your head the loudest. We'll all be here when you're ready with Caesura. If you want to discuss it at all, you know where to find me.
Thanks, Addy! And thank you for your beta comments. It helped me make the story better I'm glad you were able to find some empathy for Hank. He is mentally ill, but I doubt he'll get the help he needs to treat it, especially not in prison. Thanks for the great review!
I've finished reading them all, but still have a couple I need to leave reviews for. I'm getting to it slowly. I really enjoyed them all. I agree with Addy, the variety was great.
I love Justin Warner! I'll have to check out his book. I really enjoyed this story. It takes courage to change career paths, but it seems like Jeff has found his true calling. Now I'm hungry... lol Great job, Cole!
I have to agree with the other reviewers. I would love to read more, but it also works as is. I imagine Landon challenging his grandfather and taking over the pack, leading it in a better direction. I really enjoyed this story.
How sad, but so real. Brady's dad gave him an opening, but he didn't have the courage to cross that line. Hopefully one day he will. Like another reviewer said, maybe Ryan will be able to push Brady over that line. Great story. Very well done.
Thanks for the review I feel bad for Danny, too. If only they'd gone somewhere else to get their picture taken... but then there wouldn't be a story. lol I'm glad you liked it.
Mike's a dick. I wonder what Curtis' problem is? I'm glad that Casey has the guts to stand up for Lane and be such a good friend to him. I'm looking forward to Casey and Shade getting to know each other. I don't think that Megan is his girlfriend
This is a very powerful story. It's a grim reminder that there are parts of the world ruled by hatred and bigotry. It was very difficult to read about those poor teenagers who were beaten to death. I'm glad that Daniel and Ibi stood by each other and were able to start a new life in a new land. It was a major faux pas on the part of the Federal agents to not let the hotel manager know that they were going to raid one of their rooms. The Senecas don't put up with any crap, so I can see that scenario as plausible - even if I'm not sure of the exact legalities. I loved the ending. Great job, Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed this story.
Thanks Renee! Good to know you can expect the unexpected... I like keeping people guessing You are right about Hank. I feel bad for Danny, too. Thank goodness the police were on top of things and found him before Hank decided to do something even more stupid. Thanks for the review!
