Thanks so much, AC I credit you with pushing me to better my poetry and I really appreciate you taking the time to review them all before I posted them. I'm glad that you liked this batch.
Thanks for the thorough review, Parker. I'm glad you liked them all. I think the Judas poem is one of my personal favorites. The sermon that inspired it was incredibly thought-provoking and had me looking at Judas in a completely different light. I'm so glad you were along for the ride this month. I am so happy that so many took up the challenge this year. It was a pleasure.
I don't have much to say other than I loved reading your poetry. You have a true gift for it and I don't think you wrote a poem I didn't enjoy reading. Congrats on finishing the month and I never knew leap year applied to April, too. Thanks for participating. It's been a fun month.
Such a powerful group of poems, Addy. 25 and 26 brought tears to my eyes. 27 was just plain sweet. Great idea to color code the VAMP poem. Thanks for suggesting it. It was a lot of fun. Congrats on completing the month. It was nice to have so many people participating this year.
You ran me through the gamut of emotions with this batch. Your poems about Ripley are so moving and brought tears to my eyes. I can really relate to the one about self-doubt. I liked the humor you injected, although I have to disagree about bees. I'm terrified of the stingy little monsters. lol Congrats on completing the month. It's a great accomplishment and I'm so glad you participated.
Thanks so much I'm glad you enjoyed my poems. It was my pleasure to start the forum and I'm thrilled that so many people participated. It was great working with you on the VAMP poem and getting to know you a little bit better.
Poem #21

My heart beats in time
to the engine’s thrum
In a musical pantomime.
Coffee-fueled energy
Drives me on
As I sink into reverie.
Anticipation, exhalation
Mind racing with ideas
That will never come to fruition
Poem #22
Friday Haiku
Anticipation
Alarm blissfully silent
Tomorrow morning
Poem #23
Hyperacusis
Music and conversation clash
In a cacophony of chaos
Difficult to discern din from dinner.
Silent sanctuary, the car is welcome relief

This is the point in the story where I figured readers would really want to go after Josh. To be fair, he did admit to making a mistake...now what he does with that revelation will remain to be seen. Liam and Alannah are pretty awesome together. I figured it was about time...lol Thanks for reading and reviewing. I really appreciate all your support
There is a time and place for everything...well, most things We'll see what happens with these guys and what happened to Galen. I'm hoping to get the next chapter done and through my team in the next couple of weeks, so hopefully the wait won't be too long. Thanks so much for reading and leaving a review. I really appreciate it!
Sorry! I'm about halfway done with the next chapter. You'll learn what happened to Galen. Maybe Would I be mean enough to post two cliffhangers in a row? Possibly. mwhahahahhahaha Thanks for your support and the review. I really appreciate it.
You'll learn more about Josh and Roger's relationship in upcoming chapters. Jody is awesome. You'll get to know him better, too. Thanks again for all the reviews!
