    Chapter 15

Another great chapter, Graeme. Others have noted the possibilities, but I'm sure you will also inject more intrigue. Tony

    Chapter 14

As Steve says, most of this chapter is a repeat of 13. I'm eager to see what happens in the mediation. Tony
  3. What a brilliant description of hallucinations. Jerry is a fascinating character and you've captured his problems with great insight.

    Chapter 11

You have very deftly shown the difficulty of being thrown in as guardians and the resulting doubts, worries, fears, and joys. The strain it inevitably places on a relationship is also described quite well. The boys have yet to fully grieve the death of their father and the plight of their mother. Throw in th he homophobic, rude Mrs. Lynton, and the drama only becomes more intense. I am eager to see the development of this story. Great job, Graeme. Tony
  5. I think this shows the lack of a father figure in Robbie's life to help him understand his normal growth. I am eager for him to deal with his new family and am really hoping for their understanding and acceptance. Would that Don really steps up for him! Tony

    American Land

A most suitable ending for this phase. I look forward to the next volume. I will be most interested to see if CJ meets the political issues of today. Thanks for sharing your talents with us, Carlos. Tony

    Early August

I can only agree wholeheartedly with these wonderful reviews. I actually thought the "change" in writing style was indicative of the changes and growth in Toph. I look forward to more of your delightful writing. Tony

    Late July

I, to, find this chapter so empowering for Toph. The dinner with the parents will be very telling. I think his dad is going to assert himself to his wife, but we'll see. I do hope there will be a sequel to this story.

    The Promise

Phenomenal chapter, Carlos. I, too, would love to visit these places just based on your descriptions. I'm looking forward to see what happens with Owen, too. Keep the chapters coming!!!
  10. I see some major adjustments for both Bradley and Patrick. Bradley will need to get his wings clipped a bit. Patrick , however, has some issues needing addressed. Looking forward to the development. Thanks, Carlos. Tony

    Chapter 13

You've given a good setup to the now worried state acknowledged by Scoot's dad, slow as he was to get there. I could read a chapter daily, but will have to wait until the next posting. How soon? Tony

    You've Got It

Such intrigue, such enjoyment! I am always looking forward to more chapters. You've created enough subplots to keep us going for at least 40 more chapters! Thanks, Carlos. Tony

    I've Changed ...

So refreshing to experience a more mature relationship through such excellent writing. Thank you for giving us this gem. I, too, look forward to more of your stories. Tony
  14. It may be fiction, but I admire the way you can bring out the emotional response of the reader as though one was a fly on the wall and actually in the moment with the action. I've gotten teary eyed, feeling the pride, admiration, and respect for Ryan and the recognition given him. I've smiled and felt the love he gives and is given by and to Clayton and his friends, the disappointment as he faced the setback with his legs, and totally understand his reserve. Thanks for such great writing! Tony

    Cross my Heart

One can feel the closeness between CJ and Harley. I liked the reversal of roles when Harley "educated" CJ. I, too, wondered about the older biker from South Florda... did CJ add a rivet to Harley's family's? Can't wait for the next chapter! Thanks, Carlos! Tony

    High Hopes

Your excellence continues! Your fleshing out Harley allows us to more fully appreciate him. What great grandparents! Just goes to shoe that "liberal" does not equate with lack of values. My son is HD all the way and he didn't inherit that from his much more stodgy father. Keep the chapters and volumes coming.. Tony
  17. While this may be a fictional tale, your ability to make it so real has caused me to shed tears of joy, pride for such heroes, and gratitude for his sacrifice. You definitely have a way with words! I am looking forward to the rest of the story. Tony

    Chapter 25

I have just completed both volumes and add my voice to looking forward to the next volume. I am eager to see if Devin and Alex get to settle their issues and resume a friendship, though I do believe the age and experience difference will be more apparent to especially Alex. Also, I would like to see a more open and closer relationship between Devin and his dad. Get some true rest and re-creation for yourself and then amaze us some more. Tony

    Early June

Toph's growing self-awareness and slowly developing confidence is in great part due to the positive influence of Gary. His meeting his family at the wedding will be quite interesting. Thanks for continuing to share your talents with us faithful readers. Tony

    Downbound Train

Thanks for continuing this story. I missed these characters.
  21. Will Clayton be able to keep his reserved persona? Will they grant an interview with the Advocate? Great chapter, great story, excellent writing! Thanks for sharing.
  22. I think the whole family could benefit from some professional counseling. Adding a new member is difficult enough without the need for Robbie to adjust to all that was required of him so quickly. Don and Sue need assistance in their parenting of both Nicola and Robbie. Robbie needs to be honest with himself and his new family. Perhaps he can do so soon in any case. I look forward to each chapter. Thanks for sharing your talents.
  23. Thank you. I've been missing these characters and this story. I'm eager to see how Robbie finally comes clean with his new family. Great job!
  24. So glad to see another chapter!!! You have captured teen angst so well. After spending 47 years as an educator to teens, I can say you have nailed it. Hope the next chapter will arrive soon (hint, hint).

    Chapter 15

So glad to see another chapter, as the story gets more intriguing with each. I am eager to see the development of the plot and characters. I do understand Jason's mother: you've described her motivation quite eloquently in your response. There more be hope for her as she confronts her love for Jason as she comes to know and accept him fully when he is totally truthful with all. When do you plan to release the next chapter?
