  6. A barter system sounds better than slaving for hours for barely enough money to pay rent and other bills. So, where do I sign up for this agency? I have office experience A great fun short Val
  7. A wonderful short and a great use of the idiom.
  8. A wonderful short, that will make you laugh and leave you wanting more. The world created is fun and imaginative. The competition that grows with the story is well done and will leave you wanting to know who will do what, to whom next.

  9. A Great take on the idiom northie And I'm with @Valkyrie about placing an order. I'll have warm (not hot), and dry, please. I assume you take payment on delivery? I seem to have left my purse somewhere.
  10. A great short piece that ties in with a previous story (details in the chapter note) but can be read standalone as well. From the creative way a jail break out is done to the way a king is assassinated. This story is full from beginning to end.

  12. Comicfan always writes fun things and this is no exception. Thi is a fun little short that is a great way to getting a taste for his writing and leaving you looking for more. Comicfan's creative use of the idiom he was given was well done and the characters were engaging. As always I would love to see this short continued into a longer story

  18. “You should have seen me.” Belus spread his arms almost losing his balance on the table he was standing on. “There I was surrounded by no less than five mer-guards. I’d already lost my sword and all I had was a short dagger to fend them off with. “I feinted to the left.” He suited action to words and knocked someone’s ale over. “But, the one in front of me anticipated it and knocked me down. I got a knee ree to hit him, flipped him off me and got up, just in time to catch another jumping at

    Fury and Ire

Another great chapter. I liked how Ra came down to save the day and punish the other two. And i do love the mates' interactions with each other and Ra. Eli reminds me of an eager puppy a lot of the time.
  22. Hey, Dugh, She certainly did . As i told the others I will revisit this as soon as I either get more voices that won't leave me alone, or get more time. Thank you for reading and commenting
  23. Simon and Kitryn crouched behind some bushes near to the entrance of the bears' den. “What do we do now?” Simon whispered. “It’s not like they have a doorbell we can go up and ring to get their attention.” “Oh, they probably know we’re here already,” Kitryn replied as he shifted trying to get comfortable. “Bears have a very good sense of smell and they would set guards.” True to Kitryn’s words a voice echoed out of the darkness. “We know there is someone there. Show yourselves and st
