Good that Cory is finally seeing himself a bit more clearly. I guess the trick for him to be professional is to keep listening with an open mind but not risk getting sucked in to manipulation. Tricky business. He should forgive himself for his screw up at dinner and not let it drag him down to the point of drinking too much. John might not be using him, but he is a very damaged person. So caught up in himself and his own reactions to be able to see things from other people's point of view. I find this story very fascinating. Look forward to the resolution. -

Now that was the shittiest thing to do to someone during an interview! They must know how hard it is to find a job and still they decided to play that little 'joke'... Very disrespectful and unprofessional. But I guess they thought that he wouldn't react so strongly all at once since he knows them... Mike should think about if he really wants to stay in that job. It sounds terrible... And I'm a lawyer myself... Leaving like that in the morning could be because he wanted to let David sleep in to be well rested for his interview. -
Wow... Jerry sure is a class A jerk! I hope Dorian tells Jade to never bring him along again. To read the signals wrong could happen once. Twice...? Then you're simply a douche. As weird as it sounds, it seems to me the best thing that could happen would be for the delicate situation to reveal itself and make the news. Sure, it will make Dorian's life hell for a while, but as it is now? He's not living his life, he's barely existing. He's someone else and so very unhappy. Something needs to happen and soon.

I forgot one thing in my mass reviewing. Cassandra. I'm sure Colt saw himself as Cassandra upon hearing it, but I saw it as a reminder of Brian's encounter with 'ssandra in prompt ABBA. I still think Fate is testing them once again. So Brian, use that yummy Beta brain and figure this out! I know you can! Prime is too hurt and upset to do anything else but go Alpha. Being all protective and in cop mode can make you do less than thought through things... Toby will have ot grovel and grovel deeply, but I think Daniel will realize it came from worry. Not that it's an excuse, but an explanation. They can perhaps understand each other better now. Things come out into the open.

Such a slow dance they are doing, neither party ready to face the reality of their feelings. It's good though.Now they each have a chance to decide if it is actually worth it, taking that step and perhaps risking their friendship. They both seem to need time to come to terms with what they really want.

If they can hold on to the feeling of belonging, they'll have a better chance at dealing with the horrible things that happened to Kraig. Must be saddening for Deke to see him so scared and volatile. Poor Kraig...

Oh no... What crazy idea did he have now? To make a bold statement while battling the prude ideas of his new school? That has disaster written all over it! LOL I'm glad not all jocks are neanderthals in this story. It can get a bit much sometimes. Also, the gym without showering afterwards? In Sweden, that would be totally unthinkable. Personally, I would be itching for the rest of the day. And possibly smell... Weird.

What a relief Adelin was saved. And interesting to see Kellar and Tobyn work together, combining their energy to heal her. I guess the next step as far as the pack goes will be to find out the cause of the malaise. I'm also thinking Kellar and Tobyn need to have a talk when they wake up. I hope Kellar doesn't just leave. Although my guess is his healer instincts will want to get to the bottom of this. And his heart and body will want to stay near Tobyn. Question is what Tobyn will do? Time to get real... -

I don't know how you define evil exactly, but if hurting others mentally and physically is a sign of evil then I guess we all have both evil and good inside us. Working in the court system in Sweden, I've encountered people who've done the most terrible acts, including killing another person. What I noticed was that very, very few of these people are predominently evil. Most have such horrible background stories that their choices in life are no surprise. I only encountered a couple of people where the evil outshone the good. Those people had no 'excuse' for their actions so to speak. No problems with addiction or mental illness. No growing up in total misery. So I guess I think we are generally born neither good nor bad, but are shaped that way by life. Of course most actions are a choice, but if your entire life has been terrble - is it any wonder if you make a bad decision? It's not meant as an excuse but an explanation. It's important to know the reason behind actions, because if we don't understand the motivations behind actions we can't try and prevent them. The more inexplicable evil doers are the exception to the rule. At least when it comes to doing physical harm. Untfortunately, plenty of people are selfcentered and focused too much on themselves doing 'evil' in the way they maneouver their lives to benefit them no matter the cost to other people. Since sometimes they seem unaware of what they are in fact doing, maybe it's an inherent quality of humans? Hmm... I think I'll stop my ramblings now. LOL
