    Wow... When I thought Travis and the goons could stoop no lower, they start to blackmail him... Add to that his father's hurtful ways and Dorian is right. He'll have to find his inner strength or he will go under.

    I'm with Lux too. Pups can be ensured in other ways. No need to get married just for that sake. Then I think they should consider they've only known each other for a few days. Sure, they're really young, but they should play it a little cooler and see what happens. Why decide everything right away? They still have no idea if Kellar can help. I'm glad Tilly isn't some bitchy monster of a girlfriend. Having her be a nice and decent person makes things more interesting.

    How cute! The boys are trying to be so mature and grown up. I think they're doing a good job, but I'm guessing they'll soon want to go somewhere a bit more private... For a deep and meaningful conversation of course!

    That was a grim tale, with a bit of sunshine at the end. I'm not one for violence, but in this case I won't be sleepless over Jack. You did a great job at guiding us through the darkness.

    This was a chapter I almost read through my fingers as I covered my eyes in embarrassment. I feel so bad for Cory, making such a fool of himself like that. Poor thing. He wasn't ready for the friends thing at all. Also, when a relationship ends like that, I doubt they'll ever be ready. It's one thing if the break up is done thoughtfully. Leaving someone for their best friend...? Not so much. Cory shouldn't let Lawson get to him like that. It's scary to see how susceptible he is to whatever that man says. Not good if Lawson realizes just how much...

    No, it's not a problem as such. Just a challenge I'd like to put myself through. Also, I have another project brewing and would like to dedicate more time to that. Still, a short story here and there is good to keep the fun in writing.

    It's so hard to know another's back story. Usually, there are explanations for all actions and hearing those make you view things in a different light. That's why I give people the benefit of a doubt more often than not, but also perhaps why I tend not to trust or invest in people until I know them really well.

    Yes, it was. Excellent timing! Thanks again for doing the review! Didn't see that one coming. I have been thinking about a project where I force myself to write shorter snippets. I try and always end up with 8k before I even have a chance to start... We'll see.

    For me, the bargaining is part of denial. Since being angry didn't work, you try a different tactic to try and make things go away. You still don't really want to believe that whatever happened has actually happened. In a weird attempt to change things, we call upon pretty much anything. I agree with Tim about the last chapter being difficult to read, but I find stories with protagonists being less than perfect or logical more interesting. I can relate better since virtually all of us have done stupid things out of hurt or anger.

    It feels a bit like David is seeing things that aren't there. Sure, he's worried about Mike and they need a solution to his work schedule, but to feel the entire relationship is in peril seems too much. He should talk to Mike, but not from the viewpoint that they might have to break up. Vicky isn't helping, when she pours gas on the flames like that, even triggering his anxiety.

    They will have their work cut out for them, fighting this attraction between them. Still, it's probably wise to keep a cool head in these dangerous times... Soon Daddy dearest will butt in again, making things even more complicated. Himura... He knows a good right hand man does what's needed, not necessarily wanted.

    This just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser... Raphael is right to question the motives of the Pajari brothers. It's like they need him and Hyun connected. And the kiss was amazing!

    But were they upset about the content matter or the execution of the ad? I hope for the latter as the former would be truly depressing.

    You know, as cringeworthy as the Dyas ad is, I find it kind of endearing. It feels like real employees and customers speaking and in the slightly ridiculous way of dividing people into different slots when all they want is a pot (or a minion...) shows how ridiculous it is to make this difference in other aspects of life. To me, it's much more powerful than the slick and polished bank commercial, which struck me as using the 'gay' as embellishment. And I really like horses...

    Very impressive list! I have already included some of it in the epilogue so far and since it didn't turn into the 20k monster I was afraid of I might include some more. But I think the story peaked... Time to wrap it up. But there's always prompts. And if I can find a story, I'm not tired of writing these guys. I just don't want it to turn into Days of our lives...
