Happy Birthday!!

Not feeling a clever response in the offing, so I'll just say this and hopes it suffices. I don't review everything I read, but I do try and say something once in awhile to let the author know what has piqued my interest in his/her story. Having said that, I really do appreciate when an author responds to a review I have done.

You're right, of course, four weeks is a long time to not have Cris by your side. One thing you won't be without, I'm sure is knowing that his love knows no bounds. You can't cuddle up to it and it may not warm your bed at night, but I'm hoping it will warm your heart.

That was lovely and sweet and in the end, everyone got their just desserts. As for the spells (um poems) they were terrific. Well done tim, well done. PS: Are any of your nephews or nieces young enough for fairytales? I think they would like this, if they are.

The Glades Cancelled at the end of Season 4 (damn you A & E!!) leaving Jim lying shot (by an unknown assailant, naturally) on the kitchen floor of the dream home he secretly purchased for his soon to be bride. I say soon to be because this happened on their wedding day, again, naturally. Way to add to the suspense only to leave fans hanging for all eternity. Grrr...

I'm with Spikey on this one. Corey and Jason would not be happy to learn upon their return that Liam had been in a serious accident and didnt tell them - when it happened. Having said that, I do think they would be understanding of his reasoning. Nonetheless, I'd think they would gently - maybe, not so gently - admonish him to never not tell them something this important. As for Alek, maybe this will be the kick in the behind that he needed to decide what he really wants in life and go for it. Course, there is that little point of his father having invested in his garage.... Is it next Thursday yet......?

And here I thought (hoped?) Willy Jack was a poor misunderstood soul, that the town folk had it all wrong. Boy was I wrong. Still, will there be redemption of a sort in his future? Hmm.... One of the things I love about this story is how truly imaginative it is from the names of places to the names of the town folk. Mrs. Rumble Berry-Beet-Red is my favourite thus far. Now that Miss Silver Pretty-Pink-Toes is in human form, I wonder how she will fare? I hope well as she is quite a lovely character. As is usual with chaptered stories, only time and the next chapter will tell. Looking forward to reading what comes next. As always, nicely done tim on this, what I'd say is a departure from your usual writings.

Trackers, eh? It's clear that Toby didn't use the tracking devices to spy on his brothers, still, he needs to make that clear to Silas ...and Daniel after he's rescued and befor Silas starts filling Daniel's head with nonsense. It's quite genius actually and was done with the purest of intention on Toby's part - not to mention, it has led them to Daniel, well, soon anyway - so park your outrage somewhere else Silas.

I'm happy to see that Owen is a good man and is supportive of Phoenix and his skill as a blacksmith. Good thing about this too is that Noah now has a genuine reason to be hanging around the shop again, doesn't he? I just realized too that the set will take a month to make. Isn't it a month away from Phoenix's finding his life mate? I predict that will not go as planned.... Good story so far Lilly. I am looking forward to reading more about these two very likable MCs.

That was sweet. As for making Craig a prefect? Genius, though I'm not sure what that is apart from being a good cover story...

I think Blake was only truly invisible to his mother. Her behaviour at the beginning was so over the top self absorbed diva-like that I was wanted to yell at her or dare I say it? Yes, I felt that a good old fashioned belt upside the head was called for. Dad wasn't a lot better, but at least he was able to carry on a conversation with Blake and even commiserate the hair cut bit. I wonder if he too, has/had been a recipient or the mother's diva behaviour as well? I don't doubt it for a minute. Big brother is an unknown (though I'm guessing he's like his twin) but Alison is definitely aware of her little brother and sees and loves him for the person he is. Yay! It was a bit of a surprise that Blake's crush was his sister's boyfriend (well, at the time he was, right?) but that's not surprising. Kudos to sis for supporting her ex (which is another bit of proof as to her good character) coming out as gay and supporting his having a relationship with Blake. All in all, this was a very sweet and cute encounter between Ryan and Blake. I wouldn't mind reading more about these two. Course, it's also nice to engage my imagination to conjure more episodes to continue their HEA. As always, nicely done my friend.

This is actually great timing too. I have a few more theories and/or thoughts since I did my review. This will be the perfect place to bring them to light and see how off the wall - or not- my thinking is.

Oh, that was good! I liked the familiar references too: The Pioneer and Esso stations. I think I liked the Bunn-O-Matic the best though...can't recall the last time I heard about one of those machines, but it really tickled my fancy for some reason, I know not. As for Rory and Clint, it's too bad they got their signals crossed because they probably would have been together a long time ago. Ah well, better late than never as they say; and thankfully, there is a silver lining even in a blizzard. Nicely done Gary, nicely done!
