it's not weird that you miss Ripley like you do tim, not a microscopic little bit weird. He gave you joy and love, and who wouldn't miss that? It's a testament to what a great little (big, pardon me Ripley) dog he was that you miss him so much. I am very glad - for your sake - you had that little guy in your life.

I did. I even tried it a few times to see if it would 'kick in'. All I'm getting are my favourite stories. I tried it again just now - still not working.

I checked the "Look here first list" and found a reference to the bug I'm posting about. You can now turn off and on Favorite Author/Stories display on your profile. https://www.gayauthors.org/forums/stories/settings/ I found the toggle switch for favourite authors and turned it on, but I'm still not seeing my favourite authors in my profile. Favourite stories worked just fine. I tried re following authors to see if this made a difference as well as adding a couple of new authors to the list - still nothing, and yet, the toggle switch is clearly in the "on" position. While I can live without this list on my profile, I see it as a kind of shout out to the authors I like, so it would be nice to give them some 'credit' if you will. I can't see what setting you chose. I have the top one marked (A notification when new content is posted.) Apologies Tim, I just noticed that my selection was lost when I copied it. It's the one in blue. Everything else in the Notifications is unchecked. That may change as time goes by, but for now, this one option is what is working for me.

I was until I chose the following setting in the a Notifications menu. Method to use for content I follow automatically A notification when new content is posted One email per day with all new content from that day One email per week with all new content from that week Do not send me notifications I still get Notifications for things related to me, but not for chapter reviews of stories I follow or for chapter reviews/likes of members I follow. So far, it seems to be working this way. Also, I created my own Activity Stream and am adjusting the options as I discover what I am following or not following.

Like Tim, I am a fan of sci-fi stories. I especially like stories involving vampires (sexy, hunky and stand up vampires, not the creepy and mean kind) so this story really fit the bill. I ended up binge reading 17 chapters of Crave in one weekend, so that I could get to the end and see how everything turned out. This story definitely is a "Can't Stop Reading" kind of story. I found some chapters that I missed liking, so that's done too. Now, about that sequel...though, from reading your interview, it sounds as if you have many voices in your head. How do you decide which voice to listen to? Edit: Oops, yes, terrific interview Lit!

For me too. I have a feeling that the upgrade team is aware of this. The Author tab is showing different option(s) too. I expect they'll both be back and in full working order after some 'adjustments' have been completed. Edit: Then again, the Authors tab is looking good the way it is right now. This may be its final incarnation.

My first review on the new site. Not sure, why I should be delighted after reading that chapter, though. I mean, why oh why Lit did you have to go and put a gate (albeit locked) in the fence that I was standing so resolutely on the the side that was not Alek's? Ah well, I did mention that it was a locked gate, didn't I? Other than that little issue, the chapter was terrific as usual.

I'm on my tablet using Safari and I see the Font button. Same for Chrome. It's on my laptop (OS El Capitan) in both browsers.
