    It seemed sad at first to learn that the Soapbox is going away. I hate to have something so interesting taken away. But there is a sense of contentment too. I think I can relax a bit now.

    True. C James' stories are rich with detail as good novels always are. The details we find in his stories are almost always meaningful, woven into the fabric to have their significance revealed many chapters later. What other target could there be? Might Trevor have occasion to shoot a witch?

    I don't understand why so many readers seem to think Grundig is one of the bad guys. I have seen absolutely nothing in the story that indicates that he is. Just because he has information about Atlantis' location and the fact that Kookaburra was not destroyed doesn't mean he is going to use that information to betray anyone. Any character in the story could betray any other character. Why pick on Grundig?

    We watch both of the shows you mentioned, James. They are good dramas now, but I fear WL is right. The first time the ratings slip a little, the networks will introduce "personalities" to the cast and ruin the show with a little comic relief.
