Oliver had grown rapidly into who he is becoming, but he remains a young teenager who is going to emulate his heroes. Nothing wrong with that..... most of the time. Ryder and Mr Haners reaction was perfect in the situation both with and after the meeting with the principle . I think Teddy’s going to have a conniption though, Ryder and Oliver had best gird their loins !

I loved the variety , maybe not ‘infinite’ , but enough to feel the passsge of the week and the difference of the days ! April 2,3 and 5 , stand out for me , but April 2 is by far the favorite . -

Fantastic chapter , Robert takes the introduction of Duncan and his Grandparents in his stride , with only a little stress. I hope that Adam and Sylvia can get to the bottom of the assaults and make someone pay , set up a little Piggybank( trust ) for Robert. The estrangement between Adam and his brother must be pretty serious for him to need a whiskey just to email him! -
Such is the hubris of man that he will always fail to listen to a fair warning when it goes contrary to his desires . Salidar has been a despot too long , and poisoned no doubt further by his link to Fasha to even listen to his son. The devastation he must feel at Maxthanes ‘murder’ , I feel will last an eternity , even though I fear he had only seconds to live. Grimm's desire to preserve all life , unless as a last resort has let him down in this instance . The saying , ‘the road to hell Is paved with good intentions ‘, has never been truer . I can only imagine Fasha ‘s surprise when Maxthane heals himself , and hopefully sets the bastard aflame.

A beautiful chapter highlighting what it’s like to have a partner, the physical contact and interactions , communication , the intimate understanding of how you and they approach little things in life. A stark reminder that Eric has never had this. Poor Eric being introduced to computers I hate the damn things , am rather attached to my phone though.

Interesting beginning , fantastic roll out of the characters . I loved the way the community in the shop and family was palpable.

So the little , unsure vampire gets a taste of both ends of the spectrum and gains confidence in the new and better experieces. Seems Eli can make everyone feel like a King . Quinn’s direction is as hot as his action. -
Lines are being drawn , in the family , the peer group and the school. It’s incredibly sad and hopefully can be resolved without serious repercussions for either camp. Paul and Gordon are in for a big surprise when they tattle to coach and I hope the awakening is as rude as it possibly can be. I suspect Kevin’s Mum is is in for an unpleasant surprise herself when she confronts Cameron’s Mum with her demands.

Oliver’s been growing up/ changing rapidly of late . So it’s good to see him back in his element , at what he does best ( besides his music ) namely , detention. For a good cause though and with real friends by his side.

It’s almost mystical the way the Sextet’s efforts to resolve their dilemma is aided and abetted at every turn in the most surprising and fortuitous ways . Is someone playing with the Gods or did the Fates just decide it was time for a fantastic shake up of the species ( again) ? I actually like a (Shael) -enthralled Viktor , he’s so pliable and possessive ! Lucky Shael!!

Oh dear , I think both the captain and Lakshou have just badly under- estimated Kohen and his determination. You don’t survive what he has without developing superb focus and control . Coupled with his feelings , which I believe are real, the Captain may as well lie down in surrender right now. Sardella watching the watcher , interesting!

We’ve just come home from Norway ( in the arctic circle) , spent a week in a cabin on a fjord far from everything , the space and silence simply endless , I could lose myself up there for eternity. Not for my husband though , he needs people , so if he’s there I’d settle for high walls and an intercom ( so that I can ignore the world) . Gosh , that’s what I have , so I must be happy!

Gosh , the hunters seem relentless in their pursuit of Kitryn and the cubs! I hope the hunters don't learn of Simons presence and that he becomes an unpleasant surprise for them in future.

No wonder Cait was so upbeat at the hospital, she knew all along what was going to happen. Fantastic that the proposal was told from Teddy’s perspective , it has a tangible sense of surprise and awe!

Prism is adament that his former allies are going to attempt to have him killed. He also seems to feel that their time has passed , that the future depends on the abilities of those who do not carry the passage of centuries on their shoulders, who haven’t settled into an acceptance of the status quo. The ties they shared when fighting the demons no longer bind them together and each has their own agenda , unless they are united they can only fail. A Mage/ healer , a Thief and a Warrior , with the addition of attraction between the three , a triumvirate of great potential could be forged.

Better late than never , I know Jill is a working mom but she can’t abdicate her duties then bemoan the fact that Oliver has found another support base . The bonding moment though was intense and sweet! It’s good to see the Haner family drawing back together again into their previous dysfunctional unity. -

JimmyDean’s comments on the prejudices in the gay community are profound . They run as deeply and terribly and are as entrenched as those in other groups of people. There is no unconditional acceptance. Drake is so invested in his past hurt he doesn’t hear what JimmyDean is saying , doesn’t hear him say he has found the one person he could be happiest with and refuses to consider the implications of this for them. Maybe after the stress of the wedding he will be able to draw parallels with JimmyDeans experience with a gay man to his experience with a bisexual one. Drake does need closure and needs to stop running . -

What happens when an independent , snarky , naive young musician meets the love of his life ? Well an interesting tale with some rollercoaster highs and lows , where you swing between compassion and disdain , but inevitably can’t put it down .

Second time around. I enjoyed it as much as the first . I didn’t recall most of the plot and much of the story was a surprise . Life’s little lessons can be hard , but not impossible . Thank you for a weekend of fabulous entertainment !

Kyle was certainly playing the long game and has achieved his goal! Mark is going to have to do some serious damage control if he doesn’t want to lose everything . Perhaps now a valuable lesson will be learned .... you earn trust by your words and deeds , and it’s a two way street.

Oh what tangled webs we weave! Trust is such a fragile emotion , why would Mark do this ? I get that he values his independence , but he really is making a huge mistake . Does he not remember how he felt when Ross left ? It’s not going to be pretty when these birds come home to roost .

Mark is just not thinking , it’s one thing to apologize and have a cordial working relationship , it’s quite another to totally disregard your lovers history and go out for coffee with his ex without canvassing it with him first. In Ross’s shoes I would be livid!
