    Rich Eisbrouch has written an excellent courtroom drama! There was an horrific accident, and the trial is about who was driving. Rich keeps the reader engaged from the accident, through the investigation, and on to two trials: criminal and civil. I was never certain who was driving until the very end. The lawyers are the main characters, and we see the trial through their eyes. I enjoyed this behind the scenes look at our legal system. The two accident victims and the lawyer's were believable in thought, word, and deed. There were many interesting supporting characters. Two of my favorites were the Hell's Angels member and the jury foreperson. If courtroom drama is something you like, this story is a must read!

    I love Mort, his adventures, and all the supporting characters you've created. Your name game with the characters makes me laugh every time a new one appears. Using the teachers' discussion to fill us in on Mort's background was clever! Todd's advice to Mort about women made me smile. I hope things continue to go well at Mort's new school. Thanks.

    That went better than I expected. I think it was good for Drake to see Richard doesn't have it all together and he is not quite the evil man he expected. I am certain Drake will have to chew over the facts before moving on. Maybe this will help him move forward with Jimmy.

    So if Khonsu and Anubis are making up, that has got to be good for out mates?. If K and A can make up and stay happy together. I hope the guys enjoy their run, and I want to be hiding in the corner if Mateo actually confronts Eli's old pack. Condolences to Robin and her family. Interesting coincidence: my aunt, who passed away last fall, would have been 90 today.

    In my experience teachers like Mrs. Pettie are few and far between, thank goodness. I thought peeing in her chair was a delightful revenge! She better be prosecuted for assaulting a student. I was surprised by events at the lawyer's office. I don't know why. Shrude was a clever old guy. I hope his plans for Mort work out. Thanks.

    A lot has happened in the last couple of chapters. You did an amazing job of writing emotions and conversations that rang true. Their words and actions let me know how they were feeling. I'm not certain if it is used for writers, but I say, "Bravo!"

    I am hoping Leo and Fystie rescue Mort when Grandpa dies. Fystie, Mrs. Petty, and Shrude are nice substitutes for feisty, petty, and shrewd. I liked your comments on men and women. I didn't agree with all of it, but it will make for an interesting discussion. Thanks for more philosophising and fun!

    Oh my! Let's see. We have quirky characters with unusual, often clever, names that are smart and often prone to nudity. Throw in a gristly death and a home with a beautiful garden or nature space. Since I'm already chuckling, it must be a new story by Rigby Taylor! I am excited and on to chapter 2! Thanks.
