I am still catching up and still really enjoying this story! Your descriptions and pacing really make the story live. I have come to care for the boys alot! I was so happy when they got through to Jordan on the phone.

I haven't been commenting because I have been on vacation. I am trying to get caught up, but you posted a lot while I was gone. 🙄 Your story just gets better. I was pleased fate stepped in to save the boys and Jordan on the yacht. I hope something similar will help the boys now and get them reunited.

Been on vacation and just caught up. So many thoughtful comments on this chapter and the last that there is nothing I can think to add, story-wise. But a thought came to my mind. You write humor. You write friendship. And you write sexy, loving, sad, serious, and compassion. And you do them all well. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.

Great job writing this chapter. You made it easy to understand how everyone is feeling. I agree with Tonyr. I don't see why there is so much drama. Granted Pat has a tough background, but he is surrounded by family and friends who love and support him. Once the issue of "do I have to leave" is answered with a resounding "NO" (which happened quickly) Pat might want to know some of his biological family's history. I can't wait to see what happens next! Thanks.

Maybe there were no big moments, but time spent with CJ and his friends is always enjoyable. I liked this chapter and the fun, slice-of-life moments. I must say CJ's everyday moments are usually much more interesting/exciting than mine. 😏 I thought Damien and Ken added a nice bit of contrast to the regular bunch. Thanks!

My, my, so many long comments. And it's only the first chapter. I will read them all next. I just wanted to say "hello," and let you know I am glad CJ and company are back. I'm also glad to see CJ and Cesar have settled things.

I worry that Jordan is being foolish. Moving the boys by boat seems so risky. I wonder if he should have looked for legal ways to get them out. Or maybe there aren't any. I'm still really enjoying this story, and I can't wait to see what happens next. Thanks.

This was a fun chapter! It was great to see Billy and Nick connect. I'm sure the honeymoon will last until school starts. Then it will hit the fan. There has to be a villain out there laying in wait for Nick. I'm really enjoying this story! Thanks.

This is another quirky, amusing, and thought provoking story by Rigby Taylor! Mortaumal is a young man trying to find his place in the world. He leads a cast of slightly bizarre, intriguing characters with clever, play-on-word names. Mort has adventures and gets in and out of trouble, often due to his honesty. The characters are delightful! Well most of them are. Of course there is a villain or two thrown in. Besides the fun, we get food for thought. Mr. Taylor often challenges conventional views on society. I highly recommend this story. And if you haven't read other stories by Rigby Taylor, I strongly suggest you do so.

I sort of miss the 1 - 2 - 3 pattern, but this way Quin won't age way faster than the rest. That has got to be a good thing. This has been such a good story, you don't have to be in any hurry to finish it. Just sayin'.

I am really enjoying this story! I was not bullied in high school, although I was a band geek and not a jock. I am having a bit of trouble understanding November's attitude. He has a successful business and friends and family that support him. High school is behind him. I would think he would have let go of his anger toward Brady by now. Or at least put it on a back shelf. I need to go back and re-read about Brady. He has hit a bad patch and seems to be his own worst enemy. Is his son named for November? Will his son be the one to help him sort out his life? Keep up the good work!

It is not always good to generalize, but in a lot of shifter stories bears tend to be protective of others. Maybe our travellers will catch a break, at least for awhile. Some time being safe would allow them to make a plan. Thanks for continuing this story. I really enjoy it!

Drake is lucky to have Callie to talk him down and set him straight. I just hope it's not too late. I am surprised Jimmy hung in there as long as he did. He must really see something in Drake I don't see. Drake comes across as a high maintenance whiner. It seems almost like Jimmy could do so much better. Although except for the romance part, their friendship was pretty tight. I'll just be patient and see where it goes. Thanks.

Sounded like a bunch if horny teenage boys to me. Good dialogue! It was nice to see Jackson fitting in with Carter's friends. I wonder how they would take the news about Carter and Jackson if they knew. And is Ricky truly homophobic or just a stupid teenager? Thanks for more good story!

I can't say I am enjoying this, but your writing is terrific! I can absolutely feel Jeff's frustration as things are starting to spiral out of control. I also feel the kids' anger and frustration over Mom's death and Dad's drinking and not really being there. The drinking and macho b.s. really worries me. I am not certain I want to read about David telling Dad he is gay. Or worse, Dad finding out by accident. But try to stop me when we get to that part. 😉 Thanks.

Jordan has been a godsend for the boys. I hope his time with his aunt and uncle goes well, and I hope the boys do OK with Mehmet. And I really hope Jordan is able to come back for them. Maybe they can sail off on the uncle's boat (wishful thinking?).

This is a very cleverly written short story. Or maybe I should say vignette? Anyway, it paints a delightful picture! I enjoyed it as is, but I bet it would expand into a fun story! Thanks.

This is a well written story about finding lost love. The characters and dialogue are believable. The story transitions realistically from sad to sweet. It is not long, but definitely worth reading. Most enjoyable!
