Time for some speculation. 1. Rudy is going to propose to Trevor. 2. Kennedy and Kieren are going to move from London to Loch Arkaig OR 3. They will buy the lodge as an investment property My two cents. Oh, great chapter as always.

Beautiful, thought- provoking story. Hate people like Hilda though. A self- righteous old cow, probably a spinster, who never had a love of her own and who wants eveyone around her to be as miserable as she is. If she had her way, no one would be allowed any happiness. And anyone who has to publicise how much money they give to good causes, is actually very poor imho.

OK, I''m officially impressed! Brian, how do you manage to write four stories and then bring all the lead characters from each story together to write another story. Just brilliant! I'll take whatever 'little novella' you offer us with no qualms at all.

I just loved this book. A beautifully written story about Galen and Josh, a budding love crushed by a horrific, traumatising event,and their fight to prove that love conquers all. Sensitively written, and hearbreaking to read at times (I cried many tears), it made compelling reading that I would recommend to anyone on the site. As I said at the beginning, just loved it!

Quokka, do all these stuctures you tell us about actually exist or are they just your imagination running wild. Would love to see some diagrams if they do - it is often difficult to picture the structure!

Yeah, the attraction is definately there, although they are not quite ready to acknowledge it yet. Still making baby steps, but certainly steps in the right direction. Collaborating on the party entertainment should move things along nicely imho. Great story by the way!

This was the very first book I read when I joined GA and was hooked from chapter 1. I will admit that I am a speed reader and consequently some of the narrative was overlooked at 1st reading. I have just completed reading it for the 2nd time and deliberately slowed my reading speed and was amazed at how much I had 'missed' or not registered. Absolutely amazing book! Exciting, suspenseful, insightful and incredibly knowledgeable. You sir, are a true master in the art of storytelling! Loved it!

After all the excitement and drama of the previous chapter, this chapter was, I felt, about taking a deep breath, gathering their wits, and just plain consolidation. These chapters are are an essential part of any book - housekeeping, as it were. But, I suspect big things in the future - cannot wait!
