Am I missing something? @drsawzall, @Anton_Clocheand @Summerabbacat expressed relief that Phil has an accountant looking after the house and finances. I keep going back to the hospital pretty much forcing to have Roger help with the arrangement for Phil which Phil did NOT want. It was mentioned Roger signed some papers and it seems Phil did not read the papers. What was on those papers? Even if Roger couldn't legally take anything from Phil there is always forging signatures. I'm not saying Roger would do that we need to find out more when Phil and Colin talk about Roger.But I see the possibility of it. Someone please tell me how I'm wrong about this?

You make a very valid point about how Phil's actions with Eloise may have impacted Roger. And Phil has told Colin he will tell him more about it next time they talk.
