Incredible thought provoking comment about ECT and growing up gay in the medieval days. You told of legitimate uses of ECT but I understand they still don't know all that much about long term use and effects. I don't know if this will be in the story but it sounds like there was zero support from Greg's extended family. What would be interesting is if a second generation relative like a nephew who is gay seeks Greg out.

I started this story awhile back but then so many great GA stories from great authors I follow started posting all at once and I got away from it. Mason handled this first shock rather well considering but I see in the future when Mason finds out why Clay wanted him to come out to California that he might get ticked off at that. I totally get why Clay did that but if you have to be somewhat deceitful to get Mason to do what you want that will usually bite you on the ass

I wonder if there is going to be face to face confrontation with the poachers in the future

Since this chapter covered the school term I take it Deputy Principal Hawthorne wasn't a problem but I wonder if he has a long memory and holds a grudge. Does he know who Sébastien dad is.

Happy Thanksgiving Geez nobody should have to go through what Derek went through. The twelve inch cockroaches reminded me of an episode of Criminals Minds that I saw a person imagined something similar except he thought they were inside his arm. I'm certain the police have taken a look at the visitors Joe Franklin had at the prison over the years I don't think the killer visted him but someone connected to to killer might have. I saw this on TV so I'm not sure this is accurate but on the show Law and Order SUV they had a scene where their facial recognition technology was able to identify a masked man SUV tries to be authentic and accurate so who knows.

I think Christian is either directly or indirectly involved in this.I'm not saying he wanted this to happen but something he did led to this. Ron and Rich learned about family loyalty from Armand and Colin. It will be very interesting to find out about the details

Once on a TV show where the topic was about amazing incidents involving animals there was one about a man being lost in the woods on a cold freezing night and he collapsed from exhaustion according to his testimony during the night three wolves came along and laid down on top of him and then left when it became light and a little while later rescuers found him this chapter reminded me of that story. Forgive me if this sounds ignorant but shouldn't have Mac told the parents when they came back with Jack that the dogs were his dogs? if they were dogs wandering around in the woods wouldn't they act more like wild dogs instead of domesticated dogs? I'm sure Jack's parents didn't think of that because they were so relieved when Jack was found but I bet they wondered about that later. I found that suddenly having to use my arms, or wings, to do it was more difficult than you might imagine. I quickly grew tired at first and my longest attempt was 33 feet (10 m), so I knew I’d have to build up my stamina before I could fly farther. You know that old vaudeville joke comedians like Milton Berle used to say "I just flew in from New York and boy are my arms tired" I guess that was true for Mac😄
