Interesting mix of Vincent being an Alpha to Alpha advisor and Auditor on this trip. And keeping Mason cooled down with the hostile initial meeting with Lesha. Seems old habits were deeply ingrained, even if that’s not the true feeling underneath. Glad that Marc went out to talk with Vincent, that may help to begin some family healing. -
Love the history of the snake as a dragon modified. Not an “evil” creation at all.

Interesting chapter with the boys on the beach, and the interesting change of the moon phase? So Dante likes to have sex in …? He didn’t finish that, Thomas did. So we assume that was where he was going, but with the sex with his brother in front of an audience, it could have been that too? This is a very interesting story.

Great to see them on the new planet, and tell everyone about the news from Earth. This is a strange ending to this chapter, what is it that caused the rockfall? If the islands are not volcanic as said before something had to have changed vibration to cause that…

Wukong’s insight is so on target with the truth, and not the blind binary boxes that people want to simplify their world view to be. Great chapter.

So that last bit by Dante about an open relationship, and his missing in the middle of the night after having spent too much time talking with the bikers is disconcerting for what may happen to their relationship.

Looking forward to this adventure, and seeing where you take us this time. Great start. It seems to be moving quickly to have Kye in an environment that he will be supported in.

It actually ended up good that these people took over the house or they would have found a mess when they got there. Also interesting line of questions from Thomas about which attracted Dante first the bike or the rider?? -
Is Patrick upset with his brother over the Honda rider that came on to him at the bar thinking they had hooked up? When it must have been Dante… They need to talk about that. Dante and Thomas may have an open relationship, but by Thomas’ comment about commitment, maybe not from his perspective.

Another amazing chapter.. Lighting from the eyes!, Vincent learning to use his own power and not use the bracelet as a crutch.. I think this will give him more control over his magic and better able to tap into the extra stores when he really needs it.. and having it on an ankle shields it from others knowing he has extra available. Dirk and Ingle -- Wow, great first side of their bonding.. now they need to flip and do it the other way to be complete. Right?- 40 comments

Great short story. Glad to have you back. I really enjoy the worlds you have created. And Faros that you write about seem very interesting. -
I was not sure what this would be at first, but it is an interesting store, mixed with history that is unfamiliar to someone from the west. The mix of The various mythology is good to have a background as a framework too.

Wow, love and forgiveness are powerful. This was a great ending to a very dramatic story. I would love to see a sequel to where they take their lives.

George, thanks for the nice ending. It does appear that they needed to be apart for a while to be able to follow their dreams, and now they can be together and share their passions.

This was a very sad chapter. It’s strange that they made the assumptions that they could not find the work that they both could do in Inverness…. But that was what they thought. The enlightenment of Father Lighthouse, was very interesting too. -
Matt and Brody finally are moving on in their relationship. Is Matt getting out of the hospital soon?

I had a thought about Tyler after this chapter. Wondering if he is going to be a mate to one of the wolves? That could make things interesting 🤔

Responding to your question of pacing, is seems appropriate to me. You’re inviting us into this world you have created and it does take som time to explain that, as well as move the story plot along. This is a very interesting story, and with the investigating going on regarding the suspicious death of Charlie, it is moving along nicely.

This was a great story to read. I like the way you revised it from the first version. The Epilogue, while short gives a glimpse into the future they all have, and it seems with much less drama than in the middle of the story. Looking forward to more of your stories.

That was intense having Timmy open up and discuss all of that about himself. And being strong about what he didn’t want to talk openly about. So maybe that’s what he wants to talk about alone with Pate.

So my angry emoji on this chapter was about Brody’s violent reaction to what Nathan said. I get that he is emotional and in love with Matt, but being violent instead of having a conversation about his feelings is not a good thing. There is a lot of dysfunction in this story to begin with, and that doesn’t seem to be a way to possibly build a healthy relationship with the people around your loved one.

Wow, that was so raw and open. The feelings, feeling all alone. You managed through, good for you. And yes I do imagine there are other people with similar experiences.
