Ooh, I love murder mysteries. This one has some suspects, with the three fighters. I have a question as to where Tomas has been during all of the altercations. Since we know he was left by a former lover, he could have motive. For either Dante or Yashuki… will have to see where the author takes us. As I don’t think we have enough to even figure out who is in the pool yet.

Jonathan with Maddox’s coaching seems to be coming around to facing this threat now. How about releasing the video himself, then all leverage is lost by whoever the mystery blackmailer is? It’s a hard way forward, but eliminates the threat and let’s him control the narrative.

Dante is still being careless. At least is was Patrick who saw and nobody else, but it does not seem like he has approached Yashuki after his night as a peeping Tom….

Ok, now it’s getting real. This family always has someone chasing them for some crazy reason. Do any of them have powers like the older generation? No teleportation yet… but there were other talents too.

Your shifter universe is really flexible, it’s very interesting. Thought this was going to be another unfairy tale…but it does not seem to be.

A very nice time with Brody. Is there some crossover between this and your Tristan story. The camp David and married Great Grandfathers, line caught my attention. Small cliffie ending, leaving us wanting more 😉

I agree with some of the other comments, those two phone calls were good for them both. They are discussing what the felt and what they went through being apart the first time, and how it affected them. It’s a good place to start to build from. I’m thinking if Alec does get his own place in Iowa that they will be splitting their time between the 2 houses, not living separately really.

Darius showed both families that they are in a relationship now, and the parents all seem good with it, which is a very good thing. And hopefully the location for their university locations will be settled so that they are either at the same school or not too far apart.

Another great chapter. It’s good to see that Wukong has this great ability to see through what he is seeing and being taught by a kind and loving god. It will be interesting to see what happens next with the ignorance of the humans calling to exorcise Xie.

Kye is doing the right thing by his brothers. With his father still in hospital, he really can’t leave Australia, until he gets out and can possibly be their caregiver again, or maybe he will need more care recouping and Kye can be there for him. Regardless, it seems like Marcus was only thinking about himself, which is a shame. Hopefully some time apart will help, and he will make amends, for his rapid departure.

I binge read the entire story just to get here, and it definitely was worth it. I was also thinking he still needs to clear things up with Mike the Cadet, too. The fact that Pete finally came around is amazing. Looking forward to where it goes from here, and hopefully not such a long wait between chapters, you’ve been working on this for a really long time. Keep going, please.

As a shifter would Elijah pose as a hybrid himself to get into wherever the captive is held? Didn’t he do something like that back in the original raid, when they found the ones in the mountain?

Coming clean is a good start. The physical trauma, and the emotional trauma are a lot, hopefully now that he’s getting help, he will be getting better and really apologize to his brother.
