    Chapter 1

I could imagine he's soon feeling bored with being the only one able to materialize things. He might decide to come back and seize control of his life. A nice intro to a longer story.

    Chapter 1

A very personal piece that I'm hesitant to comment on. But since my childhood was totally messed up, I dare to leave a comment: My childhood taught what darkness is and thus taught me to cherish the light.
  7. I particularly liked the wordplays. Like Cia, I also wanted to mention: I had been in the dark for far too long. That made it pretty clear to me. I liked your story.

    Chapter 1

Horrible ending. Why did you write it? it spoiled my evening. I know, perfectly fitting the theme. This is the first story that really had a desperate ending, and I have only two more to read. Well done, in fact.
  9. Indeed. Keep it simple, don't complicate matters. Thanks for reading and leaving a comment.
  10. True, the servant was probably not the only one who was into the secret. Thanks for reading and commenting, Bill.

    Chapter 1

Very dark. The story kept me on the edge of my seat. Like Mark said, you could extend it. I'm under the impression the psycho bitch has escaped. Definitely a great story.
  17. The Ultimate Truth Mahesh took the sheet of paper that Professor Sharma had given to them and unwillingly worked through the text. It was another apocalyptic text and it was a religious one also. Mahesh was fed up with apocalyptic texts, particularly with religious ones. His parents were atheists and he was raised an atheist also. He didn’t care about religious texts at all. Professor Sharma had made it his goal to clear up confusion and inform his students about the true nature of apocalyp
  18. The esoterics and prophets predict the end of the world, but none of them anticipates the truth that is ultimately revealed to the world on the day of Winter Solstice. History must be rewritten. Professor Sharma and his students are involved in the events and witness the day of revelation.
  19. Just started editing a story. Great tips. Thank you.
  20. Fair Enough What the hell was I supposed to do? Murder was not an option. Or rather, it would have been my last resort. Gregory Parker was fifty-two years of age. He was well-off and he was a man who showed he was wealthy. His clothes were elegant, he had a large mansion, he owned several companies, and his five cars were expensive. The marriage with Gloria had added to his wealth. He had married the woman two years ago. Gloria Parker was twenty-six years of age. It was said that the two of
  21. I don’t know exactly how she found out about my secret. What the hell was I supposed to do? Murder was not an option. Or rather it would have been my last resort. I felt the need to confide my predicament in Jayden. He came up with a plan that surprised me.
  22. November Storm (Can You Write 50,000 Words in a Month?) Brian’s body hurt. His legs trembled when he tried to rise to his feet. His body was cold and numb. He was totally exhausted and his mouth was dry. He had not eaten and drunk for hours. He was dehydrated and his vision was blurred. He felt sick and he had a headache. He was not able to type anymore. He gazed at the screen, but he could barely read the letters. Brian tried to rise to his feet again, but he instantly broke into persp
  23. I'm participating. Won three. My fourth year. Like they say, 30 days/nights of literary abandon. I like the feeling. It's great.
  24. Thank you for the review, Jonathan. I'm happy you liked the story.
