RIP Montserrat Caballe
Montserrat Caballé and Marilyn Horne in concert singing the duet "Belle Nuit", also known as Barcarolle from Les Contes d'Hoffmann by Offenbach. Munich, 1990
Another chapter that covered a lot of ground. I'm afraid Giles is not a keeper. The flow of the chapter was very natural until the break before the last seven paragraphs when it became a bit rushed or hurried.
All in all another great chapter in a compelling saga. Thanks for sharing.
The chapter covered so much, I hardly know which superlative to lob first! Robert and Jeremy had a breakthrough moment over telling Giles. Giles is a gem and they even managed to not just save Travis, but have a breakthrough moment with him too. The stars certainly do seem to be aligning!
Well done!
The human triad with the cave hands and then the bi-directional zap that cured Keiran's headache seemed to be connected to the otherworld and the discussion at the beginning of the chapter. I want more please.
This is an old one. Is it a wine goblet? Is it a really big candle stick holder? Or a couple about to kiss or is it just a black and white silhouette meant to stimulate your visual perceptive cortex?
Here's a better one in my opinion:
Thanks Krista, it was a really good one and I ate too much!
Thanks Sandi it was a great day and my daughter made me a chocolate pie.
Thanks lilansui, it was fantastic!
Tyler was repressed about his own feelings toward Isaac...and avoided the problem. Isaac could have forced the issue sooner. Neither is blameless, and they were both lucky to wander into that impromptu get together at the local hangout.
Wow, I didn't know whether to show I loved the chapter or that it made me sad, so I just gave it a thumbs up....
So sad and worrisome about Stephen...and Nan. And now I wonder if the hit-and-run was deliberate...What did Stephen find out?
So happy about the school and the expected twins. What a seesaw of emotions!
More please!
