Are you doing away with the six month renewal option which is the one I've always used?

"Oh and before I forget, yes, all these classes has led to a lot of note-taking on my part, and a ton of homework! " Sounds about right. Best of luck and keep up the hard work!

Loved it and the proposed adoptions to make the family official! More please!

Ben and his family are good people...and Jamie is leaving. Not what I hoped for, but the door is not closed...yet. Long distance relationships seldom work out. I want more of Jamie...and Ben...please!

After all the positive comments I had to watch it. So I streamed it on Redbox over the weekend and enjoyed it despite all the teenage angst. While it did not have the impact that Brokeback Mountain had for me, I can see where the younger set would be able to relate to it more.

Oops---I'm a little late!

While I never voted for the man, I did respect his honor, intelligence and commitment to our country and I think our country could use several more human beings of his caliber. RIP John McCain An opinion piece was written about Senator McCain by retired Col. Jack Jacobs. It brings a military perspective to the service of Senator McCain which might surprise some of your who have never served or actually considered what that entails.. About Col. Jack Jacobs: "Retired Col. Jack Jacobs earned the Medal of Honor for exceptional heroism on the battlefields of Vietnam. He also holds three Bronze Stars and two Silver Stars. Jacobs is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a military analyst for NBC/MSNBC. His memoir, “If Not Now When?: Duty and Sacrifice in America’s Time of Need,” won the 2010 Colby Award." The hook worked for me!

http://downdetector.com/status/spectrum/map It shows there were network problems today including Tampa, NY and St. Louis. I was on so little today, that I didn't notice....

I came across an article listing some basic books about how far we have come in space exploration. 17 books that will teach you everything you need to know about space Think of them as rockets for your mind. by Corey S. Aretha Franklin died today at age 76 from pancreatic cancer. She was a force of nature. NBC's announcement and a video tribute Lester Holt:

Loved this chapter and love Jamie and Lucas. Jamie does seem to attract handsome guys who also happen to be genuinely nice guys too. Somehow I think that his taking it slow with Ben, and not tumbling into the sack at first opportunity indicates it is more than mainly a sexual attraction....but only the author knows and I'm in for the ride wherever he takes us!

Wow, if that 4805 miles was in a week, that's averaging over 685 miles per day which should be about 10 hours a day on the road...not a fun vacation!?

Congrats on being healthy and a good match for your brother and best wishes for a good reaction and complete remission for him.

Wesley, & Many, Many More!

A very compelling and intense chapter. As a parent, the emotional toll on Jamie's and Lucas' parents really hit me hard.

Steve Jobs started out of his parent's garage. Jeff Bezos started small and his company used all of it's income to expand for years and years. Bill Gates started small too. Zuckerberg and his roommate limited their network to Harvard students at first. So while Reagan probably had no idea of how big these companies would become, they have accounted for a good part of U.S. economic growth over the past quarter century.

Damn! What a terrible development!

I know sci-fi is your first love, but I'm glad you took the chance and branched out and started the Tampa Chronicles as I have really enjoyed them!

So Chandon Bolton, Brayon Hopper, and Robert Turner all share the same birthday 11-25-2001. Giles was born five days later on 11-30-2001 Jeremy Isen was born a little over 8 months later on 8-1-2002 and they all go to the same highschool with Jeremy a year behind the other three. The adults are all over 35 and parental types. Brayon was disowned by his parents and lives with the Boltons. Robert lost his mother, was abused in the child welfare system in MA and now lives with his dad and he is buddied up with Giles, a neighbor. Jeremy was staying with his uncle and the Adams and just learned his parent's were killed in a plane crash. I want the next chapter...which I suspect I will have to wait until late Sunday night or early Monday....

And scary....

In an unrelated bit of news, I found this:

Fascinating, but in the interest of continued safety my policy would be for the non-infected partner to stay on PrEP e.g. Truvada and the previously diagnosed partner to stay on their current regimen. We've lost too many to this dread disease to ever get complacent until a reliable vaccine is perfected.
