A very well written and heartfelt chapter. Too bad the cop is a bigot and denied his own son. Like Chris said, Blake is better off without him. Ben is a sweet heart and l' m looking forward to reading the next chapter.

JJ got dumped on by ME at the start of the chapter and then tore his ACL at the end. In between it seems like Alex's dad and Wade' s mom are dreaming up ways to make life miserable for everyone. Brad is still obtuse and Will reliably pushed his buttons. Zach's turn for tumble next?

Life can be cruel. How we react to the occasion molds us into the people we are. While nothing can replace your sister, remember to treasure her memory and all the little things she meant to you. As for as your thoughtless relatives, try to have some compassion. Everyone reacts differently to unexpected death and while they may have been inappropriate, they could be hurting inside and trying to hide it or just wanted to distract themselves. Good luck on your return to work. Hopefully, you will be able to concentrate and the routine of work will be somewhat reassuring for you. My thoughts and prayers remain with you in this time.

I read the whole chapter with trepidation and it ended horribly, fully justifying my fears. Life sometimes sucks but this was the whole enchilada in one chapter. And no I couldn't bring myself to "like" it. More soon, and hopefully things turn around and get better then.

JJ wins and lost his coach...ouch! Tiffany decides being mama is her first priority and with a third child on the way, it does seem inevitable. Alex is there but nothing more is revealed, except his disreputable parents showed up for the wedding. I suspect the reception will be more entertaining than the ceremony. More please!
