A short story based on Writing Prompt 536

A story of how the gods had gone too far. This story follows the life of a young man named Yinx.

I don't know if people will like me reviewing mainstream fiction books. However, I do feel like trying out my hand at reviewing a popular Medical Global-thriller from 2020 from a Pulitzer Prize winning author. If folks don't like it, I'll just focus on gay fiction only. The End of October is a dark mirror into the current COVID Pandemic, it didn't get everything right, but it is quite scary.

This is the story of Devon Carlton, a young man, who started attending university studying Engineering, but switched to Architecture, and from there life takes a dramatic twist, firstly with national and international consequences, then to avoid media attention, Devon and his two apartment mates flee to a Pacific Island for a holiday, where they meet the members of the Celtic boy band EQD.

Keith, the Warlord Prince of Marmora, will do anything to save his people from an unwinnable war against the rest of the solar system. Anything, even if it means the end of the only life he’s ever known, moving to a planet where he will be the only member of his species. Even if it means marrying a man sent against him in battle, someone who he has tried to kill.
