Flux continues the CAP series in 2002, where everyone is still trying to cope with the horrible aftermath of 9-11, and is trying to move on with their lives. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in prior stories.

César asks for family time as a birthday present, so Brett charters the sailing mega yacht Flying Circus for a vacation. Cruising the Balearic Islands off the coast of Spain, César celebrates his 50th, and Owen his 35th. While the adults enjoy the white-glove service, Liebe, Roosevelt, and Jefferson Abelló keep them on their toes.

The main events in this story are true; some literary license has been taken with the narrative. George is a 50ish gay guy and this is coming out story and deals with some of his traumatic life events.

When the North American Lycan Council sends a peace delegation to Africa, Bernie's presence awakens an even more ancient force that poses the greatest threat of all. Can the two opposing factions come together to protect their existence, or will fear and hostility doom them all?

Ian and Kevin have moved into their new house, they have a good future to look forward to if everything works out how they have planned.
