This is how this series of events starts, showcasing events in the lives of this small family.

Having recently lost his father from a mining accident in Northern Western Australia, twelve year old Hunter Mitchell along with his much younger brother Fraser learnt from their mother, that we may be moving to her ancestral home of the Cook Islands, in the central Pacific. This meant that Hunter would be leaving his good friends, especially his best friend Jacob, who along with his father and older brother, took me on a sailing trip onboard a racing trimaran, to help me stop thinking of the loss of my father, and had an awesome time.

Joey and his two best mates are on vacation on the sunny island of Gran Canaria. All is great apart from his Mum's constant phoning to ask him about various aspects of their family business - A pub in London.
Later on, when Joey starts to moan about the workload his parents are placing on him, his mother decides to hire a new cellar hand to work on Saturdays. But life is about to get a whole lot more complicated, as a boy from Joey's school has immediately applied, and it's someone he thought he had left in his past.

Corbin is going through the motions of life, drifting through an uninspiring relationship with his girlfriend, Leah and living in a small house with his parents and sister.

His overbearing father ridicules his passion for painting, and his sanity is saved each day by his rather unique Sister, Zoe, who he adores.

His parents then decide to sell their Fishmonger Business and head to the coast to buy a trawling business. As the move to Castlebay Down looms near Corbin has no enthusiasm to move there either. Will this new coastal village ignite new feelings and passions, or will it add to his already self-described miserable existence?
