A response to Prompt #68:

Imagine where your character leads a pretty decent single life. Then there is a phone call and that life is turned upside down as they find out, they have just become a parent—to a teenager. Is this a cousin that has been left with no other family members? A god child? A niece or nephew? What is this first meeting between them going to be like?

The circumstances whereby Manny obtains guardianship are a little strange, to say the least. Not to mention what happens afterward.

Younger brother has been teasing his older brother about being a bed wetter, so the big brother makes his little brother understand a few things, and along the way, find what they have been needing all along.

Peter has always liked people who were "different."

Ryan starts college hoping to have lots of success with the ladies. Meeting his roommate, Andrew, changes everything.

The story is Set in a Trekesk universe. The story is planned to be a multi chapter story, following the Young Captian.

I found myself in the most odd of situations. Having been three days since I essentially was forced out of the closet I had three men lined up. One of which, a beautiful, muscular military man who seemed to love me. Another being the reluctant mechanic who cared about me. And the third being the stuttering gay basher who wanted nothing to do with me, though for some reason I wanted everything to do with him

Tucker had been on the road for days, looking for something he couldn't name, though leaving his home and his 'family' was the hardest thing he'd ever done. When he gives in to a strange urge to enter a bar in a town where no one knows him, he finds that things in his life were never really quite what they seemed.

The last time we moved it was for the better, this time it's to ruin my damn social life. If I'm moving to some dead end village I'm damn well going to make it interesting.

A handful of characters try to walk the line between hurting and protecting. The nature of love,friendship, lies, trust, hope and dispair. Follow Jeff & Michael as their life together play out. Watch Donny & Beth care for each other and attempt to support the others. See if Nicky can begin to put together the pieces of his shattered life. Watch as Brad just tries to survive. Can a father change? Can a mother heal the pain? Can any of them hope for their lives to be same ever again?
