This is a story about my growing up,becoming myself and the fellow gay guys I meet along the journey of life in a windy and unkind society towards gay people.

He walked almost through the whole of the tiny little town he lived in, exasperated, sad, desperate! He wanted something for the two most important people in his life; it just frustrated him that he couldn’t find anything: nothing at all!

Ignoring his dad’s sermon, a new sensation gripped him. He had the uncanny perception of someone watching him. Initially he just shrugged the sensation aside, but it just grew more persistent. Eventually he looked about until . . . . . . eyes, eyes watching me, beautiful brown eyes. My god he’s looking straight at me. He . . . he’s beautiful . . . those lips . . . cupids bow, so, so kissable . . . he, he has the face of an angel . . . oh my god . . .

The angel winked.
