I've brought the peppers in the house (I can hear dad sighs when he'll see this ) as I don't want to lose them. I've got about 10 cayenne peppers and 3 sweet peppers growing.

My strawberry sparkling wine is almost ready. Lifting the dish cloth you can smell the alcohol fumes. So I've sprained about 1L for a tasting tomorrow and left the rest to ferment a bit more. I've had a couple of sips and it's tasty but not really strong enough yet.

Hey, Tink.   We've had a lot of rain over the last two days, but it's still warm. I have about 30 sweet peppers on 2 plants. I've only eaten three or four so far...

We picked about 6 pounds of tomatoes  and 3 zucchini's

Tomorrow I am making Spanish Cold Tomato Soup

Sure, she only started making it a few days ago. The yeast won't have had time to make much alcohol in that short of a time. I doubt it'll be any more potent than the ginger beer my mam used to make for us when I was a nipper.

Starbuck's brought back Pumpkin Spice lattes this week ... Mum loves them, me not as much, I can and will drink one it's just not my favorite.

Still waiting for the cold front to pass through. Just had a brief heavy shower that could be the start. Spent about 5 hours at the shop squaring it away for the faire season. Have about an hour's worth to complete tomorrow.
