I've even had to point out to the owner of the shop next door that I actually own it, as he was mentioning to me last week that he has plans to develop part of the rear of his shop as a hardware store. I told him that he cannot build anything right up against the wall of the cottage, as it is my property. So... ... I think I own the cottage. However there's a pair of great tits nesting in a hole in the wall, who obviously consider it their home. Not to mention the pair of starlings nesting in the apex of the gable wall, or the several pairs of house sparrows that are nesting in the eaves. Oh, and there's also a couple of house martin nests. I'm not going to fall out with these feathered friends. They're welcome to share the cottage with me. But I will fall out with my neighbour if he thinks he can do anything with the wall on his side of it. Edited May 26, 2021 by Marty 2 5

For some reason it is shown as Hidden, and I can't see any way of making it visible. As far as I can see, there is nothing in the post that should have triggered any GA moderation... 1 2 2

If the "hidden" post is still hidden when I get up, I may just copy it and paste it into a new comment, and see what happens... By the way, we have the third Supermoon of the year at the moment. It's called the Flower Supermoon because, historically, most flowers were in bloom at this time of year. Goodnight, my friends! 4

Unfortunately, there is a raccoon living in my tack room wall, and since I think it has babies I have to leave it be. Can't set a trap anyway because the cats will just go in it. 2 1 2 1
