I've just transplanted some Hollyhock seedlings into 3 inch (7.5cm) pots. They should provide a stunning display next year.

The leeks in photo look just about right to me. I prefer them smaller since most of my recipes serve 1 or 2 people.

Fun fact: you'll notice that the man standing in the middle of the river Somme - it's a wooden statue - is wearing a t-shirt. Well every year after classes have started again, around October, there's some kind of competition between college students of the different schools. The goal is to be the first one to put a t-shirt with the color of your school on said wooden statue. Of course it take place at night (and with the help.of some alcohol)

Yeah I'll keep them to cook but those at the grocery store are at least twice as big. Those are between a pinky size and 2 thumbs size.
