I'm not a big fan of ketchup or that kind of sauce in general but I love the sauce/gravy you get when cooking a steak with butter in a pan

Do you know in the north of France and Belgium fries are cooked in beef grease. It makes them extra crispy and more tastier!

Hi gang!  

First exam of the week went well. Doing flash cards this weekend really helped. 

The weather is dry and literally freezing. It's mid afternoon here and temperatures won't rise over 0°C!

Yeah I can imagine that adding to the flavor.  
 

For me, I like ketchup well enough sometimes, but more and more I turn to other alternative sauces.  
 

Red Robin (which is a US/Canadian “family restaurant” chain) has this concoction called campfire sauce.  It is perfect for the onion rings and steak fries they serve there.  I’d pretty much use it all the time if I could.
