I quoted you accurately on your intention to charge rent. In order to charge rent you have to own the property. In order to own the property you have to negate any previous ownership. Entering into an unwanted spurious "purchase" is an attempt to gain ownership in effect nullifying previous ownership. Forcing a person to pay any rent on their own stolen property is in essence exhorbitant. If this scenario is insane how do you describe your scenario of buying Guam in the first place?
