I had breakfast with a friend once, and suddenly there was a loud plop. She looked into her tea mug and yelled 'Eewww!' A big spider had fallen from the ceiling into the hot tea. 

Exactly what do you think my house looks like?    

OMG I would have dropped dead of a heart attack if that had happened to me.

Flies are everywhere, even if your house is clean. Spiders are the best way to keep the numbers down.  

At least she looked before drinking from the mug.

Hey, Albert.     

I saw a very cute young man at the library today. He wore black suede moccasins, black bib overalls, and a pinstriped hoodie. The straps of the overalls went down to his waistline, and he had the hoodie tied into a knot at the back, showing off his lower back. No "stamp", fortunately, but there was a tattoo on his right arm. I didn't get a sufficient glimpse to see the subject of the ink. Black nail polish on his fingers, Swarovski crystal studs in his ears, and his hair was done in an undercut with bangs swept to the right side of his face. Blonde, probably a bleach-job, with a clean-shaven face. Sadly, his eyes were covered by dark sunglasses with square lenses. I'm hoping they were green, though. He was very tall with a lean frame, but his hips were pleasantly round. I thought the exposed midriff was bold, even for a town as laid-back as Traverse City. Which is what drew my eyes to the rest of him. He was probably around my age. I wanted to get his phone number, just to add him to my circle of friends, but lost track of him on the second floor. I'm sure a few of you can appreciate this story.

I'm so happy.

It's a ground floor 37m2 studio apartment with a nice window overlooking the little private parking (a private parking!) with another smaller window in the back. The bathroom is small but enough to just shower brush my teeth. It's wide so I can put my table against the wall facing the sink and add a little furniture to put my oven and tea machine. With all the space left I think I can even keep my double bed and the couch! Oh and big point it in the same neighborhood I'm currently in. The street just before, about 300m from now.

So far all I was seeing online in my price range were small 20m2 top floor in other parts of the city. I was thinking I'd never going something I'd like.

The add went online last night, I call this morning and visited this afternoon. I'm doing the paper working to end my actual lease in the morning.
