@wildone. I wasn't whining. Yesterday was the first Saturday of the month which means it's play outside day and I was stating that was a bit too cold to play outside.

Today is National Keto Day. 

For those that write for movies and TV shows, it's National Screenwriters Day. 

It's time to whip up some Whipped Cream. Unfortunately, we don't have anything to put it on.

Today is Cuddle Up Day. With the storm system coming thru today, that sounds like a good idea. I'm sure your pets will love it.

It's National Technology Day. As result, we'll be having Beans to eat along with Shortbread Cookies. 

The first Monday in January is Thank God It's Monday day.

Today is going to be another good day for cuddling. The current temp is listed at 20 degrees with a wind at 11mph making it feel like -1. Needless to say, I'm not going out for my morning walk.

Time to get out those Bobbleheads to play with today. 

What will you fix for us today? On January 7th, National Tempura Day encourages us to celebrate with a dish made with a tempura batter. This Japanese fare includes either seafood or vegetables dipped in batter and deep-fried.

National Balloon Ascension Day on January 9th commemorates the first balloon flight in the United States in 1793. I don't think any balloons will be taking flight with as windy conditions won't permit it.
