Some people are picky over the way things are spelled and pronounced.

The picture looks delightful though,  cool and refreshing.

Kind of like a mojito.

I wasn't being picky, I just like explaining what the proper name is. But it's fine if people write "cachaca" because their keyboard doesn't have a "ç" or just saying they don't remember the name, like Jason did.

With caipirinha being originally from Brazil, cool and refreshing feels amazing in a place where most of the country is hot all year long, even in the winter.

True, they're very similar in appearance. And, if you use rum instead of cachaça for the caipirinha, they get pretty similar in taste too.

I don't think you are the one being picky.  I think the orginal name the way you typed it looked pretty cool.

Yes, only in my thread.

In my real life, I get other things, kicking is not one of them. :P

I was joking about other GA threads, such as that one comment Krista probably hasn't read yet.

I"m sure she's read it, and ignored it as she ignores most of my comments. For good reason,

My dad will usually make them for me using fresh mint from his garden.  It's one of my favorite summer drinks.
