Having spent the better part of thirty years waking at 4 am for work and being retired now, the latest I've been able to sleep is about 5 am. If I push it, I might be able to stay up to 10:30 pm some nights, but then breaking the mantra that nothing good happens after 9 pm has been difficult to do...

Spent the better part of part of the year hiking hills, the white mountains in NH, to prepare for a trek to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. TBH, it kicked my ass but I did it…pictures and memories to last a dozen lifetimes…

If you had only used the cooking spray Pam...this could have been avoided....but no...next time I make wings... He moved to the second wing, but that produced the same results. By the time he tried the third wing, he put all his power behind it, and the tray skidded across the counter. He frowned as the reality set in. He had forgotten to coat the pan with oil.
