I concur with @ReaderPaul, and if some decide to go away, it would be their decision. While I may, or may not agree with the tone of this chapter, it is immaterial in the larger scheme of things...This is what makes GA such a great story site and so much more, it exposes us to all kinds of thoughts, philosophies, outlooks and so much more. One of the unspoken tenants of GA is the respect for differing points of view and accommodation of those points of view. This was a great chapter in so many ways and covered so much ground and gave much food for thought, not sure I could give up my medium-rare ribeyes, but...if someone comes up with something better, try beating me to the head of the line...now bacon is another story all together, someone comes up with that and we just might have to get hitched!!! I remain concerned as to the horrors they left behind as the drones confirmed, equally concerning is what will they learn as they locate the other Arks???

Here's hoping that the kids at Uncles Home are safe and sound, and so glad to see Carl relax. It is absolutely wonderful how the older boys take care of the younger boys...

More to the point, authors who make the effort to grace us with their works and expose us to so many new ideas and experiences. Storyverse is a collaboration between two incredible authors that will have you chuckling throughout, fart jokes and references aside. Creative, unique, and a pure pleasure to read...WTF are you waiting for?

Thank god I had paper towels handy...I was reading this while eating some Raisin Bran...well trying to finish said breakfast, when the following had me cleaning the table and wondering how long a raisin could stay stuck before going to Urgent Care... “Not to mention, the GA site is such a welcoming and inclusive platform,” Wythuf noted. “I think our world would benefit from the creation of something similar. I can’t thank you both enough for what you’ve done.” “Well, you didn’t give us much choice,” kbois pointed out with a huff. Wythuf blushed. “Yeah. About that, I am sorry.” Kbois smiled and walked over to hug the captain. “Next time, ask nicely before you abduct someone.” Her gesture touched Wythuf. She did have a heart. Aaron held out a fist. Wythuf looked at it, puzzled. Kbois reached down and grabbed his hand. She balled it up and tapped it against Aaron’s. “It’s called a fist bump,” she explained. Their world had some strange customs. “I’m grateful it wasn’t that thing you call fisting.” Aaron cackled and choked out, “Someone discovered Pornhub.” Kbois laughed. Wythuf’s cheeks turned fire engine red. “It was research.”

Are we seeing a "group-think/connection" between the zombies??? If so would that mean that they aren't feeding on each other, I hate to keep coming back to this point but...What in the frig sustains them when there isn't any fresh human prey for them to turn or feed on??? We know they can be killed and that simple act, at least for me, confirms they are in some form or another...alive...And in order to be alive in some manner or form, means they need sustenance...I'm assuming they can't reproduce and create babies, and that brings up another side point...where are the children...dogs or cats??? So many questions/tangents...They are going to need more in the way of supplies, non-perishable food stocks. I would hazard a guess having cows, pigs or chickens may be problematic because of the noise. Will the boys find themselves living inside a zoo????

I'm not sure saving Donavan's backside was the wisest course of action for James... If Donavan strikes out again against James, Mr Marshall could/should be in very serious trouble from a legal standpoint. For that type of incident there shouldn't be any discretion, suspension and then expulsion should have been automatic!!! I understand forgiveness is divine but in this case we are dealing with a psychopath...Not James' finest moment... “But, Mr. Marshall,” Donovan said innocently. “I didn’t do nothing.” “If you are not in my office within the next 20 seconds, you’ll not be playing basketball ever again at Anderson,” he screamed into his face. Donovan stepped aside and stormed angrily down the hall. He turned to me and asked, “Are you alright?” “Yes, Sir,” I assured him. I moved my shoulders around to see if my back had been injured. “I think I’ll be all right. Are you going to suspend him?” “Yes,” he replied angrily. “Please don’t suspend him,” I pleaded. “It will only make things worse for me if you do. Everyone will hate me.” “Are you sure about this?” I nodded again. “Fine. Then I’ll handle it my way.” He turned and headed toward his office. I had no idea what he planned to do, but I was glad it was not me sitting in his office.

It will be interesting to see where the boys musical talent leads...

At further issue here @Summerabbacat and @Ivor Slipper is the video. And on some further reflection, I believe the following will be paramount in any legal/media/court of public opinion scenario. And to keep things succinct, Rufus was instructed to video the goings on from the moment Tyler left the bedroom to exit the house. I assume that he catches the initial confrontation between Dwight and Tyler, where Tyler clearly instructs Dwight to leave at least 4 if not 5 times, while defending himself in the fisticuffs that follow. Once Dwight has beaten Tyler to the ground, the noise and commotion bring other forces to play, as Dwight still wants at Rufus and heads to the house, where Dad is standing in the doorway. Enraged Dwight heads towards the house, he is clearly warned 3 times to leave and fails to do so with possibly fatal consequences. It can be argued that Dwight, for whatever reasons acted in an unreasonable manner, a combination of a poor upbringing, a possible abusive background, and under the influence. As I am sure toxological testing will bear out. Then there is the issue of his age, I may be wrong, but I do not think he is 18. What it does not excuse are is actions after being warned multiple times. A man sees his son, laying on the ground, the assailant coming towards him with clearly expressed intent to do harm and a shot is fired. One could have hoped that a warning shot would have been fired first, and if not, then the aim of the gun was to disable, not to kill... We do not know what state this takes place in or if this state has Stand Your Ground Laws. It could be argued that we are in some respects a broken society, there have been 40 mass shootings in less than a month. Our Law and Order politicians decry the crime and violence in this country, yet fail to act on any meaningful meaningful legislative reform. They wish to have their cake and eat it too, sitting alongside the lobbyists. There are no winners' or losers here, it's a sad tragedy, the perfect result of ill minded forces colliding. Unfortunately there is no one answer or cure to fix those issues...

Oh boy...well the shite truly hit the fan now, events are/will/might spiral out of control and who knows if there will be any sort of normalcy. The only saving grace is Dwight heading after Tyler's father after several warnings to stop and step back, and the video Rufus is shooting...I hope it is enough... Dwight...Dwight...Dwight...WTF don't you understand or let go of??? Shot at reasonably close range...what are the odds you survive, and if you do...how deep is the legal hole you have fallen into??? There's a special placed reserved in the fiery domain of heck for authors who...

When one door closes, another opens, Armand and Collin are lucky that most of the boys will be going to college closer to home...What fun they will have on their summer vacation and the amazing things they will learn...

A whodunit in the best tradition of Alfred Hitchcock or Rod Serling. A mystery worthy of the genre. One of the best stories to grace Gay Authors, it is compelling, frustrating, and an amazing read, hard to out down once you start reading...you've been warned, be sure to have plenty of time for this engaging tale!!!
