I happen to love broccoli, could eat it every night, dang it fer sure...never thought of adding a tad of bacon grease, now I could eat it twice a day and have bacon too!!!!!!!! Can you make bacon from possums??? I'm on Mama's team all the way...just loved it when she said, "I can do bad on my own!" Next best was the suggestion for a Mac and chees room....wowzer!!!!

I have a feeling Armand and Cilin will never be alone, in fact once the original boys are out on their own, I suspect an army of grandkids!!!

This brings back so many memories...When I was of the age that I could get an allowance, it was a huge 25 cents a week...now...don't laugh, this was shortly after the dinosaurs had perished and Thomas Edison had that new fangled light bulb..so the Beatles could have indoor concerts. Like clockwork, every Saturday morning in a pair of dungarees...cuffed cause I was gonna grow into 'em, a plaid shirt..my hair combed with a bit of Brylcreem, I'd head down to the drug store/ news agent, and peruse what seemed to be acres of comic books. I'd spend what seemed like hours leafing thru all the various offerings till I could narrow my choices down to a couple...and then try and make up my mind. It was always a tough choice, but generally boiled down to a Superman, Fantastic Four, Spiderman, or a Classics Illustrated...knowing which one my mother would prefer...so...I'd spend a bit more time reading the ones I didn't bring home, and grab the Classics Illustrated. Walking up to the soda fountain I'd place my 25 cents down and pay, knowing I had enough left over for a large ice cream cone. My comic book would go into a paper bag and invariably, with a wink, were a couple of 'older' comic books that didn't sell...What a glorious time to be a kid and it truly was the "Golden Age" of comics!!!

Sounds just like the right kinda job for our superheroes'...taking on a gang of preteen and early teen villains...

Not to mention the length of one's quiver.....just sayin....

So glad to see things have calmed down and returned to normal...not!!!! Never a dull moment for Colin and Armand...

Macy is more that we have been led to expect, despite being the only survivor of a brutal double murder. Something goes deeper with her...is she seeing the counterpoint to the good works Jase is doing? Macy’s long sigh sounded too resigned for his liking, her voice too mechanical. “You can’t stop it. Everything’s dark. People have no more hope. And the alligators cry, but they’re not really sad. They’re just trying to trick us.” Then there is the enigma that is Lucas, the man Jase can't 'persuade to do his bidding...If I remember the conversation Jase had previously in the coffee shop with number 28, I'm still left wondering as to the others that are working towards cross purposes to Jase...Why is it Lucas is immune to Jase's power of suggestion???? Then there's Phillip Rhodes comment, that while Jase could use his power to heal on others he wasn't necessarily called to, what if Jase had to decide in the midst of saving Macy, someone else (Lucas) needed Jase??? Is Detective Swift in the official police witness protection program, that there isn't any record of him being transferred from Miami...I may be off base...way off...but something simply doesn't ring true with him...

Like trying to get the young ones to eat their vegetables, which is never easy...finally a biblical verse we can all easily understand and pass on to young inquiring minds!!!

Bout frigging time, when will all the others realize that the Shifts may simply live their lives in peace... Let's not forget the Hunters brought all of this upon themselves as the same applies to the Messiah's...
